What a wonderful little restaurant- the service was fast efficient and very helpful. The food was delicious- we chose a banquet for 6 - and it was perfect - ample food and some left over - do yourself a favour though make a booking - you don’t want to be disappointed. It’s caters for BYO and has a licence - enjoy 👍

The Duck was over cooked and we felt very rushed to leave - especially when they were Packing up round you. Definitely wasn’t as good as it has been.

Best prawn dumplings in town, lovely service, fresh ingredients and very affordable! Definitely a favourite, best Chinese in Freo and in Perth. Have been coming here for 5 years!

Always great food, at reasonable prices and prompt efficient service. We go quite regularly and this is consistent. The restaurant is brilliant and attractive. I would recommend Vivisen.

Lovely fresh food served by friendly staff. Nothing was too much trouble. We had a combination of dim sum and lunch special dishes which everyone thoroughly enjoyed.

The food was ok, not great. The restaurant wasn't well heated so we were cold for most of the night. Prices could have a little better.

Tasty- go for the twice cooked boneless Peking Duck or the crispy chicken. The dumplings are also great starter. Large room is good for a group

always a good meal here and tonight was no exception. Service was friendly and prompt but not overly prompt as you can get. Nice relaxing night.

The restaurant is going through some kind of renovation at the moment so the ambiance is not as good as usual...but the food is still exceptional! We had the special of the day...clay pot spicy fish which was delicious and our favourite dish which is the steamed fish with shallots and lemongrass....divine.....

Excellent food service and atmosphere The staff amended the portion sizes for our party and accounted for dietry requests. We will certainly be returning in the near future.

We went to Vivisen Teahouse for lunch for mother’s day. The food was average but came out really quickly which was good. The wait staff were friendly and provided good customer service.

Food was ok. Nothing special , Service was ok, just as good as my local Chinese takeaway. The chopsticks provided were cheap plastic ones & extremely long & awkward to use.

Everyone of us was very pleased with choice of meals, quality and the way they were cooked, vegetables were not overcooked. Our favourite asian restaurant.

Lovely evening at the Vivisen for 6 guests, attentive staff and we enjoyed the banquet for $36.00 a head. Food was plentiful and delicious. Recommend highly.

Quality and taste was above average but not worth the price. Overpriced and portions were fairly small. Service was good and location quite central. Probably best for the mains not the dim sum.

Service good, food excellent, good range of dishes to choose from. We have been here many times and the food is consistently good. Would highly recommend Vivisen to anyone who enjoys a relaxed atmosphere with boy and corkage at $3 per person.

We have never had a bad meal here, lovely food and staff, we will keep coming back! Prices are reasonable, menu is different without being too big and food is very fresh.

We have been to Vivisen several times as we are impressed by the freshness of the food and friendly service. Our favourite dish is the Peking duck sang Choy now!

food is always very clean and flavours are very true service is very friendly and prompt, however, like any other restaurant that is servicing UBER EATS can become very busy so dine in patrons become a second priority!

We took friends this past week, meals used to be delicious but our meals were dry and quite tasteless and service was ordinary, we won't be returning.

The food was very, very good and the service was fast and respectful. The prices were great and we are definitely going back for more.

Definitely worth a visit. Food here has a unique flavour and taste to it, and the tea is excellent! Hot pot of tea is perfect for the current cold winter weather.

A lovely cozy restaurant with a good atmosphere and friendly staff. First time here and will come again, and handy to note the bigger room for a larger party.

Always great here at Vivisen. Very busy night and had some great spring rolls, and the sweet and sour fish is always a treat. Will be back again soon.

Had a pleasant evening at this small Vietnamese restaurant in Fremantle. Food was good but not outstanding, service good but noise level was quite high,prices were reasonable.

Always great food and wonderful service. We love Vivisen. The people are really welcoming and look after us and the food is always excellent quality.

Only criticism - initial service a little slow - we also realise it was very busy at the time. However, subsequent service excellent, food fantastic. Friends' first visit and really impressed. We will all be back! Thank you for a most pleasant evening.
