LOVE this restaurant - they make authentic Thai, the owners make ALL their sauces in house - and there is no MSG in anything. This family business is happy to meet individual requests and the service is equally as good as you will find anywhere on the East Coast of Australia - thank you Wung Nam Thai Water Palace 🥰

Restaurant was full, so please make a reservation on weekends. The serving size for entree looked small, but the prawn toast was filling. So was the Pad thai and Penang curry - these serving sizes were huge and we decided to take the remainder home so we could sample the dessert which was lychee sticky rice. The staff were basically run off their feet and early in the evening, they could ask how we were enjoying our meal but then later didn't have time to ask us if we wanted another drink. The prices are moderate but still good value considering the excellent Thai flavours.

Food is delicious, reason it was my second night there in a row But I would prefer waitresses, who were very nice, stop rushing to clear table, It is lovely to have staff looking after us, but not taking plates away second before one person is finished, it makes one feel they need to leave, also it’s a bit expensive to be pay extra for rice to go with some of your dishes,

We have been coming here for many years and Wung Nam Thai restaurant never disappoints. The staff were lovely and very helpful and the food was amazing. We will keep coming back with food like this. And being across from the beach is also a bonus.

Good morning. Yes we loved the food we ordered. We ordered roti bread and got something made of pressed pastry very misleading was very disappointing I don't like pasty so didn't eat it. I've had lots of roti bread over the years but what you served us last night was pure pasty not roti bread . Thank you

It was amazing. The food and service and booking experience were brilliant. The setting is superb and we sat outside on a big table overlooking the water. Fabulous night, thank you all. P.S. Noise and waiting times were only slightly slower, not complaining, but because we weren't the only big table of 15 and they were very busy but still managed to absolutely look after us and we all had a fabulous night.

Wonderful service. Beautiful ambience in restaurant and across to Bullcock Beach and Pumistone Passage. Meala were great. But more sauce required in Basil Chilli chicken and spicy 🍤 dishes. Pricing is exy compared to other very good Thai restaurants on the Sunshine Coast. Our only choice plaint/ surprise was the 🍤 and seafood dishes are way overpriced at $49 a dish!!

The food was delicious and good sizes, the restaurant wasnt too noisy the waittresses were fine, the fumes from the traffic was a bit noticeable.
