Amazing food, everything was delicious. The tamarind fish was delicious. The staff were friendly and helpful, service was very quick.

We read the reviews and were tempted not to go. Reviews don't always reflect the true situation (someone is having a bad day etc.) so we decided to give Wung Nam Thai the benefit of the doubt in spite of reviews. I took 8 friends with me and everyone was rapt. The food was in generous proportions and so delicious. The entrees came out together. All the mains came out together. The service was just right and staff were pleasant and aware of our needs. We will definitely go back.

Our party of 4 all enjoyed our meals and will be back at least weekly to repeat! The ambience is enjoyable and the service very attentive but relaxed, thank you Nook. Food was sensational. I had the deep fried barramundi with stir fry vegetables, the presentation was like a work of art on the plate. Hubby had chicken green curry and enjoyed it too.

My wife and I took our daughter and son-in-law to dinner at Wung Nam Thai Restaurant, as they were travelling over-seas a couple of days later. We each ordered different meals which we shared. Despite the Restaurant being quite busy, the entrees and meals each came out in good time. The meals were a very good size, and food plated delightfully. All the meals were full of flavour and was enjoyed by all. While our daughter and son-in-law had dined there previously, this was our first time - so we will be back.

We have recently moved to Sunshine Coast. We had ordered via Uber eats 3 times and couldn’t wait to actually go to the restaurant to eat and it certainly didn’t let us down absolutely beautiful

Wung nam Thai is our Favorite Thai Restaurant on the Sunshine Coast. The food is Divine. I am a gluten free Vegan & the staff & Chef are always very attentive with my Vegan lifestyle. The staff are always beautiful. So helpful, willing to listen & always check if there is any more they can do to help us. It's a really aesthetically pleasing restaurant. On the water at Bulcock Beach. Sunsets are always stunning but in all kinds of weather it's welcoming & always cosy & comfortable. I look forward to going there as my needs are met impeccably. That's not always the case for me so I am very grateful indeed.

Food is of high quality; this will keep us coming back. Staff are pleasant though service can be a little slow. I hope the Wung Nam continues to provide a very nice casual dining experience.
