Our head chef Cagri Ergin, born and raised Istanbul native with a passion
for cooking and a love for the flavours of the Mediterranean and Anatolian
regions.
A graduate of the Gastronomy and Culinary Arts at Istanbul University,
Cagri has honed his skills in some of Istanbul's most prestigious
restaurants and gained a deep understanding of the region's diverse
cuisines.
Our small and ever changing wine list is influenced by the season. Reds
take the spotlight when it's chilly, while whites shine in the summertime.
