Tucked down quiet Sanders Street behind The Village shopping mall in Upper Mount Gravatt, Yashraj qualifies as a hidden gem of an Indian restaurant in this part of Brisbane. Fully licensed, equipped with a tandoor oven, and with every dish made fresh to order, Yashraj focuses on quality. Specialty dishes include the hot biryani, the paneer chilli, manchurian-style Indo-Chinese dishes, samosa chole chat, and the traditional, delicious, palate-cleansing dessert of kulfi. Aa good a place to start aas ny is the Yashraj mixed platter, combining pakora, samosa and harabhara kebabs alongside mint and tamarind sauces while the chat are all as moreish as can be. Dosa pancakes are ever popular, but it’s the main courses that keep many a diner re-booking.
Loved the taste of the food here. The service was great too. After a long time we tasted the typical Indian food we were carving for. Will definitely be there the next time and highly recommend to friends for visiting. 10000/10. Thanks Guys.
Very quick and very good food. Serving lady was polite and quick, food was hot and very tasting. Will definitely recommend, I know I will be going back for sure. 10/10
Great food, good service. Only thing it lacked a little was the atmosphere of a boutique restaurant.. Which we prefer. If you enjoy Indian food, then I recommend you put this place on your list.
Food was fantastic. Service was very good. Real Indian taste with enough quantity. Highly recommended. sitting arrangement was very well organised. Would like to go again.
