Flavoursome meals , prompt friendly service Only small mistake from one staff, not enough knowledge of rose wine, asked for the latter but got white wine even after consulting the drinks list and after her recommendation.

We arrived and 630pm and were not asked what we required to drink and eat for about 20 minutes. The venue was about 50% full so service should not have been an issue. The service during the evening was slow, with the meal not meeting expectations from a previous visit about 4 weeks ago.

Restaurant is clean, waiters and waitress provided good services, food came quick and fresh, hot and tasty, only a bit salty! In general, all good and will visit there again.

One of the best Indian Restaurants in Perth. Friendly efficient service. Food full of flavour and ample portions. For those who dont like things too spicy tell the waitress as some dishes are a bit warmer than you may expect. Would I go again? Most certainly

We had the most wonderful food ... service.. and drinks . We ate probably the best Indian food we have ever tasted . I have been there be before but my partner and son hadn’t and they thoroughly enjoyed it. Two Fat Indians keep doing what you do ... excellent

Service was excellent. The black Dahl was one of the best I’ve had and the lamb chops from the grill were delicious and spiced just right.

The food was ridiculously overpriced for what you got. The large serves are tiny. Would I return? No, not considering there are so many better places on that same street to choose from.

The main was good, service was okay, dessert was overpriced as well as the tea, tea charged for $4.95 should be at least leaf teas.

Loved our dinner here. We had the $99 couples banquet and it was amazing valie for money. The butter chicken is to die for! Can't wait to go back

The food and service were really good and I would recommend both. However the booth was uncomfortable and tired looking and parking was a problem. They also refused to split the bill.

It was fine but amazing. Starters were nice but the dip was minimul. Service was lovely but our table had a cob web! Most mains were good but please warn people if some curries have vine in them!

We arrived upon the opening of the restaurant and were the only patrons. Within 5 minutes we ordered our meals. The restaurant slowly had more people arrive and we began to notice that other people were getting their meals whilst we were still waiting. After waiting 40 minutes we ended up leaving, they told us that our food was 'coming' but we hadn't even received our plates, which they were handing out to the other patrons in 1/4 full restaurant. We had a show to attend, which is why we booked the earliest time (opening time) so that we had plenty of time to eat. By the time we left we didn't have enough time to get anything and went to the show starving. The only reason I'm giving them a rating of 2 was that they didn't charge us for our drinks and only made us pay for the sparkling water.

Our party of three all agreed that the food was very good, the service was attentive and polite and the decore and attmosphere were pleasant. 2 Fat Indians didn't beat our favourite Indian restaurant but none-the-less we still rated it highly and would consider going again.

My wife and I visited 2 Fat Indians recently for lunch. Both the vegetarian and non-vegetarian Thali platter lunches were exceptional. Staff was friendly, ambiance was delightful, food was excellent! It's our favorite now.

The staff is very friendly and helpful. The dishes are amazing and you feel like captured in an Indian world. Once you've ordered the meals arrive fast at your table!

The bottomless butter chicken on a Tuesday is a definite winner. Authentic and delicious. Very friendly and attentive staff. Food didn't take too long to come out. A great place all round.

Excellent food and service.... and if you like a spicy curry, this is the place to go to. tried a few of the other well known Indian restaraunts and there's nothing wrong with them, 2FI is just that bit better. We went on Sunday at lunch time and it was a relaxed atmosphere.

Tandoori chicken was great but garlic naans and palak paneer were below average. Staff was very helpful and excellent. They did everything to make us comfortable.

Fat Indian was a disappoint from the moment we were seated. I booked a table and they firstly sat me on a table that had been pulled a part with half a wall covering the view of the person across the table. We moved to another table but although booking it was right next to the kitchen where there was no effort to hide any mess. The table laminate was peeling and the visible gaps were covered old bits of food. I ordered a Pepsi with a slice of lemon. They forgot the lemon bit tutted and made a big deal out of it when I asked for the lemon. A waitress brought it over but I saw her playing with it on the way to the table and there was curry all over the lemon. We ordered two onion Bahjis to start. They were massive the waiter could have told us hold of they were. My partner enjoyed hers but I could taste the raw onion and didn't finish mine. My curry was very nice. The naan was Burt to charcoal. When I went to pay the guy pay passed my card then asked if it was alright to which I said no and he replied by saying he aid already done it. Terrible terrible place would. It return ever!

Lovely food and fast service. However, the service was a bit haphazard with plates being removed when we hadn't finished and coffee overflowing into saucer.

Food was good but the service by the waitress was bad, she was a bit rude and abrupt with us. Felt rushed as they wanted us out to get the table ready so they could get more customers in.

Very good service, the goat curry was the star dish all other dishes where above average, comprehensive selection of wines and beers. Would definitely go back again.
