4 Ounces Burger Co Leichhardt is all about local, fresh and damn delicious burgers. With a couple of venues under their belt, the talented crew behind this space in Sydney’s inner west are whipping up a storm, one mouthwatering bun at a time. Sustainable and ethical practice are at the core of the Norton Street burger joint and the single-source, grain-fed beef is sourced only 400 kms out of Sydney at Hereford Red. The 4 Ounces Burger Co menu is loaded up with all manner of options, with plenty of vegan, vegetarian and gluten-free burger options available. Plus, this spot also has a mean drinks list you’ll definitely want to check out. Hungry yet? You should be.
4 Ounces Burger Co Leichhardt is one of the coolest places in Sydney to feast on burgers. Set within an industrial-style space on Norton Street, expect exposed brick, low hanging lights, long wooden tables and funky music playing as loud as it goes. As we said before, the crew behind 4 Ounces Burger Co keeps ethical and locally-sourced produce as one of its highest priorities. Which is refreshing approach to an American burger restaurant, if we’re honest. And the result is nothing short of delicious, trust us.
As you would expect, the menu is the star of the show at 4 Ounces Burger Co Leichhardt and it can be broken down into Eat, Drink and Drank. Home to a range of burger options, we’re quite sure you’ll find the perfect one to suit your cravings. Think burgers along the lines of The Yeezy made with a 4oz patty, American cheese, deep-fried truffle mac and cheese, liquid cheese, pickled green tomatoes and super sauce; The Birdman filed with organic Southern-style chicken, cheese, Habbo diablo, salad and hot sauce and The ASAP vegetarian burger of deep-fried organic tofu, truffled mac and cheese, Westmont pickled, wild mushrooms and super sauce. Oh, and, be sure to order a round of the loaded fries smothered in liquid cheese, super sauce, jalapenos, maple bacon, hot sauce and the signature 4 Ounces Burger Co Sydney red seasoning. You can thank us later.
Went on busy Saturday night, good crowds there, friendly staff and good atmosphere! Unfortunately, the selections weren't what the coupons described. Their " Soft drinks" were cordial with organic sparking water only . Went for the Dirty'O burger, my milk bun were burn fully. Wouldn't pay $48 for just 2x burger combo.
Love the generous portion of the chips. The burger beef was juicy and cooked perfectly. We would surely recommend you guys to our friends. We will be back!
