A quick valentines dinner before heading to the movies. Good service, good ambiance, fair prices, just a bit of a wait to pay before leaving but one of the wait staff took me to another register to pay. Overall, very happy with our meal out at 7th Avenue.

We have been to this restaurant on several occasions but not recently. I booked online over a week ago for 4 people. When we arrived, we were seated on the smallest table possible, and it was very cramped. There were other people on tables much bigger with 3 people only seated at them. We appreciate the venue was busy, however there did not seem to be enough staff for the amount of people. We had to ask several times for further drinks and dessert orders.

Firstly it was lunch that we had - mix up happened when I changed booking time online. Meals were reasonably priced and large serves. My battered fish was a little over salted - which had happened another occasion and I forgot to tell them. Service was a little slower as restaurant was fully booked.

The service was fast and efficient. The fish ,chips and prawns were fried in a batter that turned it yellow and had a flavor i did not enjoy.

We have been patrons of this hotel fairly regularly over the last 15 years. This time the food was revolting, my husband and i both had fish and it "tasted like freezer!", it was poorly presented and some staff looked untidy and if they needed to have a shower and change their clothes. Won't be returning. Also, expensive for a "pub meal".

Another wonderful visit to 7th Avenue. I brought in a cake for a birthday, and there were no issues of extra fees for ‘cakeage’ costs. The steaks were cooked to perfection for the Saturday night surf and turf special. Staff were amazing. Thank you!

All three of us had great meals. Two had the calamari, and I had the pork belly, which was delicious.

It will always impress me, the food is good, the staff are great, so far I have left enjoying the experience of dining or having lunch, it would be great if they were open for breakfast. Well done

The 7th Ave restaurant was alright for a pub meal. The food was decent and reasonably priced but nothing stood out as exceptional. Service was friendly and the atmosphere was casual making it a good spot for a quick no frills meal.

We absolutely love the 7th ave.. we plan on having our reception there for our wedding.

The service was prompt and cordial. The barramundi was dry and overcooked and overpriced. The grilled fish someone described it as insipid. The vegetable nachos looked like someone put it together without much thought and nuked it in the microwave. The aircond wasn't working where we were sitting. Overall, a very ordinary experience.

The glazed pork ribs and chicken wings were extremely tender and very tasty, I would definitely have them again.

Staff were amazing. Food was basic taste. Son said his meal lacked flavour and the rice was just boiled. Grandson said his butter chicken had maily cauliflower. Muscles were good. Spaghetti dish was good. My parmi was terrible that I pulled all the top batter off. Big let down as it was my 60th birthday tea. Will not be returning.

Unfortunately there was a wake being held at the time, the only entrance available was one single door, service was slow and the food quite average. the hotel really should have hired more staff for the day.

Food was okay but waitress spilt hot chilli mussels sauce over my wife’s hand. The staff were not too phased by it which was quite rude

Hadn't been for 2 years, great going back. Food and service was better than ever.

Overall, a good impression. Noise level was a little higher than I'd prefer due to a band doing a sound check in the next room.
