Start with classic bhajis and samosas or something a little more unusual like tandoori prawns or marinated lamb chops. For your main, try classics such as butter chicken and lamb rogan josh, or, one dish that we’re particularly fond of, the tandoori salmon with tempered potato, eggplant and cherry tomato.
