About Annakut Thali

Thali is the most exciting way to enjoy Indian cuisine and that’s just a fact. More specifically, it’s the perfect way to sample Gujarati culinary culture in all its glory, and in Melbourne you’ll find no finer thali than here at Annakut Thali in Werribee. Thali is an array of small dishes arranged as a platter and can include sweets, savouries, breads and everything inbetween. Here on Watton Street and for a very reasonable price per person, diners can get stuck into the unlimited thali that features so much of the good stuff that you may not know where to begin (there’s even a mini version for kids). Try this Werribee gem as soon as possible – you won’t regret it.

Excellent food and service. Food good for your stomach and soul too..! The staff is very courteous. Ambience though not so great, the food covers it. We have been there 3 times so far. One advice. Go there when you are really hungry.

The Gujarati thali is a Good concept. Some dishes were not Gujarati dishes e.g. Chole and malai kofta. They could very easily have replaceD them with gujju favourites like Ming beans or undhiyu or ringan batata or okra. Staff were friendly and attentative. Good place to go with kids.
