Great atmosphere and delicious desserts. Could improve with more savoury options
Very poor quality food for cost, seated next to exit with clattering of cutlery etc
We all loved it and I received many compliments for choosing a great venue for our 'girls' High Tea.
A beautiful hotel which catered amazingly to my friend's dietary requirements. The only criticism was my pot of tea was cold but quickly rectified.
We had a lovely high tea in luxurious surrounds, with serene and calming ambience. Great service & attentiveness, we'd love to go back again!
Cutlery and cups were dirty Service very slow Excessive noise from function in next area Overall a very disappointing experience
Overall experience was good, i booked for 12 people a week in advance and expected us to be all seated together but the other group was on the far end.
It was Ok service a little on the slow side a little bit disappointing. Food was lovely though. Notified staff about booking for fiends special birthday. It was noted but wasn’t acknowledged at all.
Beautiful food and atmosphere. Highly recommend the chocolate high tea.
overall pleasant however on leaving chased out by waitress saying we had not paid however we had a gift voucher which we gave when we arrived thus lack of communication between staff soured our experience of a gift from good friends
Really enjoyed our Hight T I had a friend visiting from overseas service and selections were great😊
The location was great. Wonderful food and service. The staff were very attentive.
We had a 15 min delay to get seated (event started really late at 245 pm). Most of the crockery was wet. They took like 40 min to take our tea orders. Not impressed. Under staffed
We arrived on time at 2.30pm to be queued for 20 minutes. Items on the menu had been replaced with others. We were leaving for the airport to return home and felt that our visit could have been more relaxing and less rushed if we hadn't been standing on the staircase waiting to be shown to our table. A very disappointing experience for my daughter and myself.
We had a high tea. The tea didn’t come with the food, the table was dirty, they only had three staff on managing the whole area, tables not cleared and the food ok. The ambiance could have been beautiful but they just ran their staff into the ground. Will not return or recommend
It was all beautifully presented, food was great and we liked the girl who was playing the violin and singing. All most enjoyable.
Good service. Friendly staff. Nice surroundings. Good food and views
Beautiful space and amazing service. Will come again for sure.
had a great time with my friends.... lovely way to celebrate my 50 th birthday!! love it
We enjoyed the food drinks and ambience it was all lovely
We were seated very quickly then, given the information about the menu &drinks however we had to wait a very long time and ask for our tea way after our food had arrived, the food was delicious and we would definitely go again.
Had a beautiful high tea today. Food, sparkling and staff all great as well.
Beautifully presented High Tea. Delicious interesting food Excellent service. Great.
This was a rather disappointing experience, unfortunately. The furniture was discoloured, dirty, and scribbled on with pen; the tea was served lukewarm at best, almost cool; the food served was stale and soggy in equal measure; and the staff didn't understand processes for payment and lacked professionalism. Very sorry to say this, but on that experience I absolutely could not recommend the Wedgwood high tea in Aria bar.
Delighted with the atmosphere and the attention to detail ‼️Good was delicious as was the bubbles and tea
Service slow. Crockery not cleared. Dirty wet plates. Food acceptable
Excellent was a wonderful way to celebrate our 60th together
Unfortunately the wait time to be seated was lengthy & disorganised, the wait time for tea (we have come especially for high tea) was too long, sandwiches were soggy, overall I did not enjoy the experience compared to other high tea establishments.
Excellent experience. Great food. Good music. Good drinks. Fantastic atmosphere
Relaxing afternoon tea plenty to eat liked the mock tail Tea could have been hotter
Savoury food was excellent but desserts were a bit too sweet and service was very good.
Lovely surroundings, indulgence and relaxing. We had a enjoyable afternoon with lots of sweets to try and experience. Loved it.
Aria is a good restaurant for High Tea in Melbourne.
High tea at the Langham is a must do! The food was delicious, the setting was stunning and the staff were incredibly friendly. Would recommend.
Tea was cold. Menu was incorrect or some things weren’t served. There was no tea sommelier as advertised. No information given about how good was served or what to do. Very slow service for tea, had to ask every time we wanted some, including the first time.
Was a little disappointed with savouries, but loved the chocolate bar.
It seemed it was the waitresses first day. We were seated quickly. Sparkling wine was served and unfortunately a glass was spilt all over one of my guests. As the young waitress was very nervous, we mopped up and made light of what had happened. However, her service just deteriorated from there. We had to ask for dry napkins as they were a sodden mess. She brought out one and then went back for others. We had to ask for a clean cup as it was full of spilt wine, then we asked for a teaspoon which wasn’t forthcoming so we shared. We waited a long time for the food to be replenished and our tea orders weren’t taken until an hour after we arrived. My previous experiences have been wonderful but this time I was bitterly disappointed and embarrassed. Even if the waitress had given us a smile that would have been a positive. However, I don’t think her heart was in it. The rest of the staff were lovely and the setting beautiful so I will try again in the future and hope this was a one off.
Absolute Heaven! Will return. Great experience to celebrate a birthday
Our second visit to Aria for High Tea - much busier than the first time but no drop in the level of service or quality of the food. Savoury courses delicious and unlimited sweet items on offer. Savouries were replenished but another scone or two would have been welcome - a personal favourite ! Overall great but at $84 / head - no alcohol - make sure you arrive on an empty stomach !
It was absolutely wonderful - the venue the food the desserts the drinks just amazing - the High Tea is a must!
