The service right from the front door to leaving was very good. Seating is a bit tight, sometimes making conversation difficult, however, more than compensated by the friendly crew and very good food. A very good night out...

Service was great, food and prices reasonable. Venue has improved dramatically with the laying of carpet that killed off the noise that ruined the atmosphere when it was Ashscotts.

The staff were friendly but seemed quite inexperienced. The service was slow but once the food came out we forgot all the negatives. Overall, they could work on their service, hats off to the chef!

Great meals and great service. Would book there again for large functions with family and friends or go for a nice quiet dinner for two.

Mothers' Day brunch. Staff forgot coffee orders 3x. The food took so long that brunch became lunch. Staff were friendly, food fairly good, not great though.

It was very hectic and busy; ironically drinks came well after our food and some were even forgotten. We were also meant to get water for the whole table as soon as we sat down, but they were also forgotten and we had to ask for them again. It was Mothers Day so it was extremely busy, so I understand.

Had a great night with friends and great food !! Service was fantastic ! Loved this when it was Ashcotts and been 3 times now since the change to Sandros ! Not disappointed at all with the change as they have revamped the decor and kept the prices very reasonable !!!

Nice atmosphere in a casual setting. Lovely to sit outside on a warm night. Staff were very good and attentive. Food was great too as was the service. Overall very good.

The good: Beautifully presented restaurant Staff welcoming and happy to assist Great food choices, and great kids menu too Our starters were delicious The bad: Orders were slow. 45 minutes wait for our starters. Waiter did apologise for long wait and it was fairly busy which is understandable but still an awfully long wait. Some dishes were extremely disappointing, especially for the prices paid. My kids enjoyed their cheeseburgers and chips, oldest daughter loved her calamari, however my honey glaze lamb loin was tough, chewy and hard to cut. Also came across 2 small, sharp and very pointy bones in it. Its only redeeming feature was the beautiful jus that came with it. My husbands scotch eye was the same: very tough to cut, chewy and had no flavour at all. Both meals were either extremely rushed in the cooking process or cheaper cuts of meat were used. For the wait we had to go through and the prices charged it was disappointing to say the least. Either spend the money and get good cuts of meat or maybe look at getting your kitchen processes better organised so the wait isnt so long and the cooking isnt rushed. Sorry to say that we wont be back.....

My husband and I had lunch at SANDROS to celebrate our 55 wedding anniversary. The service was excellent and the meal was beautiful we were also had a complimentary dessert as it was our anniversary .We are looking forward to going again with out friends

Food was great. It was served in a timely manner. The staff was friendly and helpful but seemed to be a bit rushed. Décor new and fresh.

We had been before and service was good BUT this time The mains took a bit over an hour to come out, once out steak was tough(orders medium) chips where not cooked through. Lamb also was over cooked

We thoroughly enjoyed the meal and it was good value for money. Service was very good and the decor had a nice ambience. We will definitely be back.

There were 5 in our group. I had the chicken with wild mushrooms and loved it!!! A friend had the pork ribs but didn't like the homemade BBQ sauce as it had star anise, nutmeg(five spice) in it and she was very unimpressed with her meal.Another friend had the lamb loin but wasn't amazed by it, the accompanying vegetables were barely cooked and hard as rocks and the lamb itself lacked flavour for her. My forth friend had the special of fillet Mignon with asaparagus and loved hers. The fifth friend had calamari fritte, this friend was a regular here but said after this she wouldn't be back. The cake selection in the window was small and didn't offer many options, we ended up going someone where else for dessert as the menu desserts didn't appeal to the group.

Excellent meal. Simply delicious. Highly recommend it. Be back again. Watch out other restaurants in Berwick. Best meal in town. Terrific with special diets. Locals get down there.

We ate at 6PM on a Friday evening. The meals were great and the service was excellent. The mains are a good size and there was a small but nice selection of deserts.

Love this Restaurant, discovered as we decided to get off the freeway and have a look at Berwick on our way home to Stratford. What a find..lovely friendly Waitress, and Restaurant had a fresh vibrant feel, topped with the most delicious meals. Thankyou we will be back 😊

The food is always very good, with a large menu. The staff opened the door for us as we arrived and were very attentive throughout the evening. It is a neighbourhood gem.

It was a sunday lunch - the service was good. Patrons assertive and diligent. The food was mediocre. Ribs disappointing not what I expected. Oysters the best but the sauce was not up go scratch.Overall a 4/10

The food was great I had the filet steak and it was cooked to perfection as well as the rest of the meal and the sauce was wonderful. Service was fantastic, overall a great experience and I will recommend your venue.

The food was excellent apart from the fact that my medium steak came out well done. Nevertheless it was still tender and very tasty. The wine list was exceptional with top quality wines at reasonable prices. I would highly recommend the Andrew Peace chardonnay at $8 a glass. My only complaints would be the noise level and the the time it took to get our meal. An hour from ordering to delivery. But it was Saturday night so I can't be too critical. The staff were very good even in their busiest time and we were asked about 3 times if everything was ok. I would highly recommend this restaurant although probably best to go outside peak time.

This was the first time I'd been to Ashcott's. The food was excellent, especially the desert. My lamb was cooked just right and my fiance's steak was cooked exactly how she wanted. The sticky date pudding came surrounded in a rich tasty butterscotch sauce and the chocolate mousse was absolutely amazing. On top of that the service is excellent and friendly. We will definitely be going back, many times I imagine.

Great atmosphere, food and service amazing, Enjoyed sharing the entree and we even shared the main which they plated up individually for us. Good to see the new owners have kept the same service and menu.

Meals were generous and also very nice. Owner and staff very friendly. They accommodated my 7yr old to have a smaller serving of an adult main meal. A very good place to take your family and friends. Definitely will be back.

We enjoyed our night out at Ashscotts. The staff were lovely & the service excellent. We didn't have to wait long for our meals either. Highly recommend this restaurant.

Eye fillet with Gorgonzola medium rare, cooked to perfection, berwicks little secret, but for how long? Not to mention the duck lironge. Super yummy...a must
