We have been here lots and love it but when we went this week the staff seemed distracted and the service wasn’t great. The food was greasy our noodles were swimming in oil in the bowl. and the entree was tasteless. So disappointing but maybe they weren’t having a good day.

Abysmal service but food was good. One member of our party was served her main about 20 minutes before anyone else got their meal. Overall it took 48 minutes before the last meal served. It was obvious that the main focus of the business was to cater for takeaway meals. All in all a very poor experience. We rate this business a 1 out of 10

The restaurant is conveniently located and the food is always fabulous. Both my fiancè and myself had different laksa dishes, and both were tasty and of a generous serving size.

Highly recommend. Good staff, great food and the atmosphere was good for this time of the year.

The $1 surcharge added for each takeaway container is ridiculous, at least tell your customers beforehand too that they will be charged extra when they ask for it! // Peking duck pancakes-for an entire too expense for very little amount of meat. This dish almost cost as much as some mains meals and not worth that price tag! // waitress spoke too fast and no one understood her well, she also put wrong food in front of wrong people when we told her what we ordered.

Good food and very friendly staff. Took a birthday cake and they were more than helpful in lighting the candles, providing plates etc and bring it out after the meal. We had a wonderful experience.

The restaurant is understaffed for the number of patrons and also takeout/meal share orders. We were fine, but other people around us were waiting long periods to get their order taken, let alone food arrival.

The service was good friendly staff and food came quickly . Also everything was delicious!

Slow service, they are more focused on the online orders then in house dining. 1 wait staff who was new and didn't know where to find things on the order pad. Recieved 1/2 of entrees ordered and after 40 minutes of waiting had to leave due, hungry and angry 😠

Food was delicious and so fresh. Service was fast. Only downside was the table staff never engaged with us, only took orders and served food, all without a word.

Food took over 1hr to come out and then only 2 dishes of the 8 were served. The other dishes took another 30 min. Some dishes were great, some were trenched on oil.

Just a comment in regards to service, not all meals came out together the last meal took far to long. No one came back to check is we had everything or if we need anything else through out our meal. And then payment was a shit show, no splitting bills allowed very odd and it took far to long to work things out.

We enjoyed the food. The food was served quickly and the dishes were served together - without much waiting in between.T The staff were friendly, courteous and helpful. Our only criticism is that the restaurant was very noisy . The 'music' was too loud. Some people may like this but it is not our preference.

I ordered for fried rice with chicken minus pork, Chinese sausages plus some capsicum. During billing, the executive charged me $5.5 extra for adding few capsicum to the dish. How can you charge extra for few veggie when I had removed the meat? Absolutely surprising
