Overall, just an amazing hot pot experience. The buffet style selection let's you make your meal exactly as you like it. Great for an intimate dinner or group setting.

Literally the worst place I’ve been to! We arrived at the beginning of their service and there were absolutely no other people! Yet, the food on display was visibility not fresh! The seafood smelt horribly! We grabbed some vegetables and sat down, but a few minutes later we decided to leave as we didn’t feel safe to eat there. The staff kept on insisting they can’t speak any English and ended up charging us full price — just under $100 — considering we didn’t consume absolutely anything. I was so angry that decided to just let it go and leave. Never again!

Food was alright for the price but the service was not very good.

Food is bad, and too expensive. Not recommend. The waitress would like to charge full price for my4 year old child

We went recently for the lunch hot pot buffet option. The food options were terrible, almost everything looked like it had been left out from the morning. The pre-cooked food were very stale and old, the fried items like spring onion pancake and spring rolls were cold and dried out. The cooked dishes were all cold and not changed during the 2.5hr sitting we were there for. The raw meats and seafood were all left out for too long, the meat had discoloured and the seafood did not smell fresh anymore. Also the website photos lied, half the seafood options was not there. They also illegally charged too much for EFTPOS payment, they have a flat fee of 2.2% for all card types, when legally they are only allowed to charge what the bank charges them, which I researched to be 0.15%. Would not go again, would not recommend.

Pretty well nothing was refilled, barely any of the dishes or ingredients available. Food was cold, selection was poor at best. It’s a shame, because it used to be quite good. Definitely won’t go back and would recommend others don’t either

The food is very limited and as soon as the food has gone, they don’t fill up. Especially fruit. Very disappointed. And doesn’t worth the money at all
