Great vibe and generous margaritas. Food came quickly and the staff were great and attentive. Would go back but would order a proper main instead of 3 entrees

The food was great and the waiters were very friendly and helpful. I have dined at this establishment many times and I have always highly recommended it to my family and friends. It was as we went to pay for our meals that our opinion changed of the restaurant. The owner was very abrupt and rude saying things such as "give me your cards" and carelessly snatching our bank cards out of our hands as we went to pay for the meals. This made us feel as if we were not valued customers which was extremely disappointing thus we will not be recommending Baja Cantina to others.

Being from So California, this by far is the best Mexican restaurant in Sydney. The Chicken Mole is amazing and the Margaritas & selection of Tequilas are great.

We always enjoy Baja Cantina. The food is excellent & we had a great time with our friends. The only negative comment is that it is very loud in the restaurant. Especially with their musician.

Enjoyed good service great food big servings nice friendly staff would go back again but must sit inside in this weather make sure you book early

Excellent as always; great food, good ambience and attentive service. Recommend the ceviche and the steak fajitas; both are excellent and you won't be disappointed.

We went early on a Sunday evening cause it can get noisy. A two person Mexican band was playing and they were great. My wife is Texan and I lived in Dallas for many years so we love (and miss) Mexican food. We both can say the food here is excellent. Authentic flavours, good portions and the drinks are awesome. We will be back.

Our whole family likes this restaurant. They have good food and atmosphere. I recommend it as a fun place to eat for both adults and children.

Excellent as always! Baja is a firm favourite with our family. The food is so healthy and delicious we crave it regularly. And the staff are all lovely.

The food was great, as was the service and cocktails. The serving sizes are pretty big. We had the prawn fajitas and chicken fajita between two people and had a quite a bit of leftover food. Highly recommended for mexican.

The place was nice and cosy, with a true Mexican atmosphere. The menu offered great options even for vegetarians and the the drink lost was more than satisfying. Nice staff

If you want the best nacho in Sydney this is the place to go! Great place for big gatherings. Good food, good price, big portions and lively atmosphere.

The huge portions of food are amazing value, one main course is enough for a couple. The atmosphere is great, there's always a lively, fun band there. Would definitely recommend :)

Good food and reasonable price. Good sangria. Can't believe in this day and age they charge 2% credit card surcharge. That's more criminal than hotels and definitely more than the bank charges them.

Went there with 3 girlfriends and got 2 entrees and 3 mains and couldn't finish it all!! The food was yummy and the place had a cool vibe and excellent tequila selection.

Love this place! The atmosphere is so fun, we always sit outside in the beer garden, food is yum and service is great!! We will be back soon

Baja Cantina is about average when it comes to Mexican in Sydney. I ordered the Prawn Taco's. At $25 for two taco's I did expect a little more from the flavour, the prawns were deep fried with some coleslaw, not really traditional. Service was really good, friendly but not pushy.

We went early, so the food was bought out very fast (which we wanted). Service was great. The main meal portions are very large - great for sharing!

Food was only average. They didn't allow us to do BYO as we were a group of over 5 people. Lighting was over the top and the waiter was unhelpful. Another waiter prompted us to order too much food, saying that it wouldn't be enough.

quite good. very packed. friendly staff ! .overall quite pleasant experience. Took our friends there to taste the sangria as we loved it last time. Sangria was not the same as before :(. was a little disappointing.

Beef tacos pretty sad, lacking in flavor, not at all tasty, pretty dry. Did not enjoy our meal. The guacamole and chips is pretty good as appetizer.

Great food in large quantities, too much for me sadly... good service as well. Parking in Glebe can be a beast though so leave some time to find a space

Delicious, authentic Mexican food. Huge portions - we were absolutely stuffed. We did feel a little hurried out when the clock hit 8:30pm but we did know they would want us to go by then when making the booking.

The atmosphere was lively, the food delicious and plentiful, and the service attentive. The entertaining musicians made the effort and sang Happy Birthday to my son for his Birthday. It was a very nice experience!

An authentic Tex-Mex restaurant where they have the flavours just right. It does get really loud there and it Is hard to have a conversation. They could do with some wall hangings to absorb noise.

7 of us really enjoyed the mexican dinner at Baja Cantina on last Saturday night. Food (corm chips guacamole, calamari, baja salad, steak burrito, prawn fajita) and drink (jug of sangria) were plentiful to share and authentic mexican delicious. Service is fast and friendly. Would definitely come back.

The service was good, the portion sizes were large, and the buzzing atmosphere was great The food was very delicious! Will be going back again soon.
