Bavarian Bier Cafe Miranda is good, honest and true. It’s a restaurant where you can enjoy quality Bavarian food and drink without any pretentious frills. Bavarian Bier Cafe Miranda sits atop Westfield Miranda shopping centre in Sydney’s south and is ideal day or night. Both traditional and modern Bavarian fare is to be expected – from gourmet hot dogs right through to Bavarian-style salads – and, of course, the choice of pure Bavarian beer is unrivaled in Miranda or Sydney. Bavarian Bier Cafe Miranda will very likely become your new local once you’ve tried it, but just be sure to head to Kingsway with a reservation in check.
Had a lovely meal, wish had been put in the other part of restaurant as rather noisy with endless TVs plus a very good musician, knew it would be noisy but thought they would have put families in quiet area.
2 for 1 schitty is a great special and lots of options to choose.
In the very wise words of Bavarian Bier Cafe Miranda itself, style is nothing without substance, real quality trumps flashy presentation and fare is more important than fanfare. We couldn’t agree more and these points are exactly what make this German restaurant in Sydney so great. As we said, you’ll find Bavarian Bier Cafe Miranda on the rooftop of Kingsway’s Westfield Miranda shopping centre and there’s room for 280 people. That’s 280 happy stein-sippers spread across abundant indoor seating and a spacious terrace area, complete with stunning rooftop views of Miranda.
In terms of food you can expect exceptional Bavarian fare at Bavarian Bier Cafe Miranda which means schnitzels, sausage platters, pork knuckles and pretzels, plus plenty more besides. There are non-Bavarian options should you not be feeling quite so meaty and the buffalo mozzarella ravioli with basil pesto in one that makes a light and refreshing alternative. Whatever you opt to eat, Bavarian Bier Cafe Miranda has a fine selection of bottled Bavarian beers – including some hearty wheat varieties – that help to wash everything down wonderfully.
