A great place for dinner and a beer. Staff are always friendly and helpful. A great range of beer to choose from. Meals are always well presented and delicious. Pork Knuckle is a winner.

The location and atmosphere is wonderful, only the food isn’t very good. We had fish n chips and curry and we both only ate half as it wasn’t tasty. Our friend who had a chicken wrap enjoyed hers. Monday night is $20 night. Price is good if only the food was.

Was a full house for a Tuesday night. Great atmosphere. The Ale Pie with Mash was okay and my friend enjoyed the burger.

We enjoyed $20 Monday night meals for a group of 8. Lovely view looking out from inside restaurant. Chairs were quite uncomfortable inside, though booth seat was very comfortable. Great location.

The service was haphazard, continually having to get the attention of the waiter for drinks/cutlery/side plates for the shared entree. My chicken Parma was ok but not great. The mussels some of the others got were great and they loved them. Must have been an off day for the service as we have been before on many occasions and it’s been much better

Our server (also from UK) was excellent, she would check on us periodically and seemed to just know when we finished eating to clear the table - we were on a table in the far corner so we appreciated we weren't forgotten. We'll be back

I am a regular customer. It was as good as usual. A bit of a different experience due to the covid-19 restrictions. I'm glad that they are "back". Next visit I hope the Belgian Beer Cafe will be doing mussels again.

I always come here for the mussels and they didn't disappoint! Chips could've been more crisp (we had a few serves on our table) but we were otherwise happy with our meal.
