Belgian Beer Cafe

It may be a beer cafe but it have the right atmosphere to be great place for a business lunch

We thought it was great. Everything was marvellous and we drank a lot of great beer.

Great vibes, great beer and lovely staff! Tried the chicken popcorn this time, which was amazing as well.

Have very good drink and dinner again with my friend :)

Great selection of Belgian Beers and hearty meals as well. A bit noisy but I guess that is the vibe of the place.

Everything was great and pleased we chose to go with the "paddles', trying a number of really good quality beers. The mussels were nice, the service was great and the live jazz was also very good. Look forward to next time!

The steak sandwich was one of the best I had, with tender meat and luckily no tomato sauce. The other dish we had, the beef ragu was also delicious. the German dark beer was very good, so was the dessert. We are returning customers for good food, beer and a really European atmosphere.

We love visiting the Belgian Beer Cafe in Melbourne CBD. Food is great quality and well priced and the beer on tap is 2nd to none. Great location with nice views to trees across the road from the outdoor dining area and venue is easy access from Flinders Street Train Station. The staff are very friendly and venue great atmosphere.

The staff were wonderful, in particular the guy at the front door who was greeting people and taking everyone to their table. Lovely way to be greeted and kick off the night.

Great food at a reasonable price and very good service

I’ve eaten at Belgian Beer Cafe over a dozen times in the last few years. This was, by far, the BEST meal I’ve enjoyed here: the service was prompt and attentive, the food (especially the mussels) was AMAZING. And the prices are very reasonable. So of course, I’ll be back!
