Big Poppa's Burgers

Couldn't have asked for better service, Great food, Great atmosphere can't wait to take all my family, highly recommend anyone to go try the big poppa's burgers

Food was great but service was slow and our order was taken to the wrong table so we had to wait for our order to be cooked again. Donut on the shake was very dry and stale. Staff were very apologetic but there was no offer of compensation which was disappointing.

Had a booking - arrived slightly early and saw plenty of tables available - including one right near the door. Two parties walked in after us and we're greeted and seated immediately. We were finally seated after 15 minutes of waiting. We had ordered straight away, drinks were brought out. Within 10 minutes our food had arrived. Cold. Almost stone cold. The chips, burgers and onion rings were stone cold - so much so that the cheese on the burger hadnt even melted, and the patty was like a rock ! Overall I would not revisit. The staff were stuffy, not kind upon greeting or farewelling. Really disappointing considering the hype !

Great food, atmosphere and very friendly service. Highly recommended.Best burgers in town. Go with a very, very empty stomach as the meals are huge. Can fault.

Food and service were great!! Serving size is just right and extremely well priced. Was pleasantly surprised at how quickly we received our meals. Only negative was the lack of air conditioning.

The food is amazing!! Staff are incredibly helpful and the service was quick. Compliments to the Chef the chicken was cooked perfectly and the coating on the chicken is to die for. Will definitely be back soon.

Good food, great atmosphere but not recommended in the heat as there is no air conditioning only fans. Staff were friendly and helpful and food was not long in coming out to table.

No air-conditioning in a restaurant? Not good enough. The chicken on the burger was dry and all the coating fell off. Not a good experience.

Beautiful food, except we were there at dinner opening and the didn't have the cheese for loaded fries or another sauce we asked for. Without the cheese sauce there is two items on their menu they couldn't provide which was disappointing. Everything else was delicious

Other than making the mistake of filling up on the awesome milkshakes before our burgers came out lol, everything was great. Definitely value for money, just over $100 for 4 people and we were definitely all full!

We went on Valentine's Day for dinner so it was understandably a bit busy and took a little while to get our food, but the service was lovely and the food was great! Will definitely be back, need to try the Nutella milkshake!

Service was great, atmosphere in the restaurant was pleasing and the burgers were unbelievable! And Everything on the menu looked appetizing. Good job big poppas!

Happy to with food. waitress could ask for drinks more often.cocktails were just average.candy cotton and the mango skewer were just ok.beers are always good

Apart from the aircon struggling greatly on this hot day, the burgers were very tasty and filling. Couldn't eat all the cheesy bacon fries. Needs music.

Pretty fast service, friendly staff, and a good choice choice of burgers. Our burgers were awesome. Totally recommend this place if you're a burger lover!

Horrible burgers. They were dry and flavourless. I was thoughly disappointed and didn't even want to pay for the burger. I would not recommend at all.

If it was air conditioned it wasn't adequate as we were quite hot. The food was fairly slow to arrive, but was very nice once it did. The staff were lovely.

Great food, great service only problem was the 40 minute wait for food but they were very busy and swearing in the music for our children! The dessert was lovely!!

Great positive atmosphere , customer service was on point, the food was spot on, burgers were juicy, the flavours werent masked by the bread which most burger joints do, would eat there again in a heartbeat!

Met a friend for dinner. She had the What's Beef? veggie burger and I had the Notorious P.I.G pulled pork burger. Apparently it was the best burger my vegetarian friend had ever had. The only pulled pork burger I've had that was better was at an authentic BBQ shack in North Carolina. We shared the deep-fried Twinkie for dessert...do it!

Atmosphere was awesome although hot inside. Burgers were huge, milkshakes were super yum. A great feed. Staff were super friendly. Prices are extremely affordable. We would definitely return.

Beef burger was very undercooked,if this is the way they are served customer should be told this when ordering.Staff were friendly but the whole reason we went there was for burger and although it looked good it was cold and undercooked

The quality of burgers does not match the price. Left feeling a little disappointed. For the price the flavour should be second to none as is the price. There has been a bit of hype about this place, so to be fair I had high expectations.

Service was good very quick and polite, how ever once we ordered our food it took almost 40min Arrive, and wasn't worth the price we paid. Also dissapointed they didn't play any notorious big music.

Burger was to greasy/ also over sauced. Wouldn't go back in a hurry that's for sure.. Loaded fries were grossly soggy from the cheese sauce

Really great vibe and good food. Word of advice, come here on an empty stomach... the burgers are insanely filling! (Not that that's a bad thing)

Great vibe, great food. Would only suggest they time all the meals to come out closer together. One person at our table was waiting for quite a while, everyone else nearly finished. Burgers are amazing though. Staff fantastic. Highly recommended!!

3 out of the 4 burger were cold and came out 25 mins after the first burger came out The meat was under cooked to the point my daughter could not eat it Even after they revoked her burger Won't b going back And I can see y they don't after a page on there site for reviews

Burgers were ok but for the price should have been better. Tablecloth felt dirty and the knife and fork in the container on the table had been used. Chips were very ordinary. Wouldn't' recommend.

Very long wait. The burgers were nice but not as flavoursome as expected. Also staff avoid the table when there are large wait times instead of apologising and asking for drinks.

The food was amazing and the price was very reasonable. The staff were very lovely and helpful. The set out of the venue made me feel like i was in Brooklyn.

Fast and really friendly service, the food was sensational. The space is really cool and makes you feel like you really are in Brooklyn! Will definitely be back

Burgers were great. Jalapeño fries were not the best. Only a little bit of cut chilli on what seemed to be frozen packet chips and a squirt of cream in the middle. Wait was a bit painful. Booked for 730pm ordered at 745. Got our meal after 830.

The food tasted average. The best thing was the chili fries. The burger balls were pretty tasteless and the ribs were poor quality. For what we received, it was overpriced.

Got there at a good time with a reservation so it was a great experience. Nice atmosphere, food came super quickl and staff were friendly. The reservation system was helpful. I'd go there again.

We had our order taken only a minute after sitting and the food came out like 10 minutes later. Super fast service, nice polite waiters, place was nice and relaxing,... Food was great... Burgers a little small but tasted amazing
