Big Poppa's Burgers

Service and food was good, chicken was slightly overcooked. The shakes were yummy and extremely filling. Definitely will return to try more food and drinks

We booked a table for 6pm on friday. Was greeted at door and was able to be seated without waiting. Good service friendly staff. Food was on point. Atomsphere is amazing

great burgers, great atmosphere. love that its so easy to make a booking and get a table rather than having to line up like a lot of other burger places. we will be back

Kids menu would be great. Staff friendly. Atmosphere was great. Food came quickly and was yummy. Next time to try desserts and the yummy shakes.

Food was cold no flavour in the meat at all very disappointed Not the American inspired food like you would think Little over priced for what you get

I was really excited coming here, The ambiance is great, maybe some of the song choices are bad for the kids, you know, swearing and all. we liked the ribs as it is tendered, but not the chicken wings, it could be better if its seasoned well. Burgers are fine, again season it people!

Staff were friendly, the burger was tasty .... Down falls for me were : music was a bit too loud making it hard to talk .... outside tables are way too small. Takeaway option would be great

Seemed a little dis organised....and we were given a table number and the waiter walked of and left us standing there with our menus...we had to ask what was going on....

I highly recommend A trip to Big Pappas Burgers , best burger by far - the maple bacon is the bomb and the donut ice cream was great

The food tasted amazing and was served to us very quickly. Service by the staff was great, they were polite and professional. Food and drinks were very affordable. Will definitely return.

LOVED IT !! :D Burgers were amazing! the service was great!, worth the wait and the atmosphere was perfect for me personally. I love the out door area and inside is off the hook! The music is just how i like it true hip hop!! Will def be recommending to everyone! (Was even recommending it before i went because i knew it was going to be good) ! My new regular place !

Left feeling extremely full! The only downer was the ribs were not cooked properly and there was no kids menu as yet. But we worked around the second one and were advised that there is a kids menu coming soon!

It was a long wait for food. The food did not come with cutlery. When asked if we wanted cutlery the waitress did not bring it back and just went on serving other people. When we did get the cutlery the waiter handled it with air hands and the zip of his pants open. The food was nice but it was not amazing.

Great venue and food. Service was a bit slow but was a very busy night. However, they were always attentuve. Highly recommend it. Great location.

Good food, good atmosphere and welcoming staff. The lay out and scenery is awesome, the Biggie theme rubs off well! Definitely recommend this place, and will definitely be coming back

Waited over an hour for food even though we had ordered and everyone who was coming in and ordering after us got there's before us. Once asking staff they hadn't even put our order through. Over all I wouldn't ever go back there !!!!!

Food was amazing. The place looks great. Only downside is that they charged us $5 to add 1 slice of haloumi cheese to a burger. Rather expensive for cheese and the fact we weren't told was a bit annoying.

We had to ask for our second lot of drinks twice and were told the first order hadnt been put through but other than that it was ok

I won't be returning. Food was very average. Soggy burgers and scrawny unfed chicken wings. Inadequate aircon on a stinking hot day. Staff insufficiently trained.

The place and the food all look great. The shakes looked good but the salted caramel was a little bland. The loaded chips and burger balls (which sounds like what I get if I haven't had a burger in a while) were great. The Riff burger tasted nice, but had been sitting in the kitchen for a while so the bottom bun disintegrated on impact with my mouth. I think the addition of the chicken was unnecessary but you can't make changes to the menu. The service was excellent however and I'm sure once these minor teething problems are sorted this place will go off.

Very good, seated straight away and served straight away! My burger was very yummy (Cali) but the Big Poppa needed a bit more on it, as in the end you're just eating beef patties only (so more tomato etc.) The waitress's were very nice and friendly, very happy overall.

Food was great drinks were great but it was way to.hot there fans in this heat aircon is a must. Also staff coming out twice to see how food is well i would of enjoyed it more if i wasnt interupted whilst having a mouth full lol

From start to finish our dining experience was a great one. Seated straight away and pretty much given drinks straight away. The food came out quickly and was to die for. Will definitely going back again!

Booking was easy and was the best thing to do due to the queue when we arrived. Service was good as was the food. Will dine there again.

It was awesome .. service was exceptional, food was amazing and the milkshakes are to die for ... Top nite out! Will definately come back and will definately recommend!
