So, what are we talking about when it comes to the menu at Billy’s Lane Melbourne CBD? Well, if you’re an early bird keen as mustard for breakfast and brunch, you’ll be in cafe heaven here. Some of our favourites to go alongside an espresso include the smashed avocado (because, Melbourne) topped with cherry tomatoes, poached eggs, coriander and toasted sesame and the smoked salmon served with crème fraiche and a poached egg. Then, one of Billy’s Lane pizzas topped with beetroot, pesto, goat’s cheese curd and wild rocket or spinach, tomato, egg and crème fraiche goes down a treat.
