Birdie Num Nums

Large group of us on a Sunday morning. They were very busy and a bit flustered when we arrived. Our table wasn't ready. We waited about 10 minutes at another table, which was fine because we were still waiting for a few people. Ordered the latkes. Unfortunately they weren't latkes, they were fritters/pancakes. A bit disappointing. Everyone else was very happy with their food.

They had no record of our booking so we were jammed on a small table. Was a terrible experience. They blamed quandoo system. Won't use quandoo again, and won't go back to that cafe

Loved this place!!! The food was lovely, coffee was great, and staff were so friendly. Great place to have brunch whilst the kids play. Will definitely be back!

We had a lovely brunch today- thank you! We appreciated the child friendliness of the space, menu and staff. The indoor space is very noisy- this didn't bother us but might be challenging for anyone hard of hearing.

Great service, lovely food. Staff were very attentive and service speed was just right. Coffee hit the spot, great for kids even on a rainy day.

Food was yum and the sandpit is fantastic for the little ones. First cafe I have been to where I didn't have to leave because my toddler was bored. He loved it.

It took an hour from the time we ordered to receive any food- and then the order was wrong. Play area is majorly overrated also

Finally a child friendly with a nice menu for adults too. My meal was fantastic and there was plenty for the kids to choose from too. Great service and the kids didn't want to leave.

Really slow service. Long wait to get food and the restaurant wasn't that busy. Another table also had to ask for service as they were waiting for a long time.

A fantastic and comfortable space to let kids run around while you still enjoy adult conversation. The staff are caring, attentive and courteous; the food is great and affordable; and the play area is safe for kids.

Great for kids and still good food and service. Out door area is partly covered and heated. The coffee was good! And we had two of the egg dishes - yum!

Great cafe for kids -- lots to play with and lots of fun. Food is delicious and service is lovely. We'll definitely be going back.

Great place for parents with toddlers. We were able to eat our meal in peace while watching our little one happily play in the kids area only a few metres away from us. Food and coffee were nice - definitely met the high Melbourne brunch standards!

The foods are nice and the play area is lovely, so the adult can eat and chat freely and the kids can play while waiting for the food
