Bistro On The Greens

Had a great time as we always do. A special birthday is terrific at On the greens the children have such a wonderful time. The venue is great for young families.

Wide choice of meals, satisfactory food and prompt Nice family environment and suitable for children Noisy, bistro style and not the best place for a quiet romantic dinner Had two dinners there this week and would go again

Bistro on the Greens is a great family restaurant. Our food was very nice and catered well for children. Only thing stopping them from getting a 6 was that even though the restaurant wasn't very busy, it was extremely noisy. Might benefit from some soft furnishings to soften the background noise. Otherwise a great place for families.

The food is good , the beer is cold, the atmosphere is nice, the outdoor is very enjoyable, it is easy to park a car. What else do you need?

Had a lovely evening at Bistro on the Greens - it would be great if they did table service (even just for drinks) but the food was lovely

Always great at this venue. Staff fantastic and food is wonderful. They look after the whole family. We alway enjoy Bistro on the Green and will keep going back.

Very good for those with kids- can get a bit loud inside but look forward to sitting outside when wet weather subsides. Food was very nice.

Great dinner out for families, expansive tasty menu for both kids & adults, including a very popular gelato/ice cream bar. Very welcoming on arrival, great service overall.

The food was good. the various seafood dishes we all had were delicious. it was a quiet setting. kids area for the toddlers was enjoyed by our youngest in the group.

Best restaurant for families - great food, service and setup whilst being well priced. An option to order drinks in the main restaurant would be handy though

The appetizers and the mains all came out at the same time. Very annoying. One family got their food first while the other family with small children had to wait an extra 20mims before theirs arrived. Not very nice.

Bistro On The Greens is a great place for families to celebrate special events. The food and service are great and the comfortable and relaxed feeling there is wonderful.

Three meals had to go back as there was something wrong. Had to ask for some of the sides as they were forgotten. Large amount of children which made it very noise.

Food came out very sporadically. Otherwise fine, the food was nice and the restaurant was very busy. But no more words I can say really.

A good variety of food and is consistently delicious, the kids meet new friends and have fun, so it’s a winner! A great night out for all!

It was extremely loud. Difficult to have a conversation around the table. The place would benefit from those accoustic absorbents in the ceiling. The food was good.

very overpriced and probably the worst schnitzel I have had in Australia. For 1 starter and 2 mains it came to $75 with no drinks

Welcoming, food was great , staff and service friendly, children made to feel welcome. We will go back there is room for bigger family gatherings.

Great venue delicious and affordable and generous sizes of food. Great for families with kid area to play. Can be a bit noisy but overall great place with delicious food and onsite parking would recommend Bistro on the Green to others definitely!

My meal was just satisfactory however after coming out 20 Min after my friend received her meal made for a rather awkward and somewhat rushed dinner, as we had somewhere else to be by 7:30pm. A little disappointing.

A great family-friendly venue to bring the kids, especially little ones as there is a play pen just for them. Marvellous service and convenient parking.

Good bistro food. We ordered a vast selection of food, would have been good for it to come out staggered rather than all together. Overall this is a minor complaint given we had an enjoyable experience. The play area for toddlers is a nice touch.

Food good, cafeteria style service let’s it down......good wood fire pizza. Our table was loaded with dirty plates - no waiter came near us to clear.

Our first experience at bistro on the Greens as we celebrated our 2 year olds birthday with our families. The food and customer service was amazing! Definately will be returning.

Have eaten here many times, however the past few experiences have not been pleasant due to the excessive noise level. Our family's recent visit was by far the worse. It was a busy lunch period, however service was not up to scratch and noise was unbearable. We could not have a conversation. We simply couldn't wait to finish our meal so we could leave. Noise and bad service which is dissapointing as they do have good food.

Amazing food as always. The meatballs and calamari melt in your mouth. They serve the bear cheese and garlic pizza and pasta in Sydney. Will definitely be back.

Food excellent and friendly service. Very crowded on a Friday night so noisy, and hard to hear others at out table. Will remember to come on a different day
