The food was pretty good, the servers need training. They have no idea how to serve food, reaching across tables to have the customer reach for the plate, they had no idea what the wine was on the menu, they didn't come back for drinks. It was not that they were unfriendly, just untrained.

Excellent Service in an enjoyable environment. Very good boerewors. Steaks cooked well and ribs were tasty. Good restaurant for families, couples or groups. A neighbourhood gem.

We love Bovine every time we go. The staff are always so lovely and attentive. Food is delicious and consistent every time. One of our family's favourite restaurants.

Food was great-steaks cooked to perfection, great 'fat' chips, delicious ribs with plenty of meat on them, and a fantastic burger. Service was good, no complaints, except the young boy was a bit over eager in asking how our meal was when we hadn't even taken our first bite. We have been twice in a few weeks and have been very happy each time. First time with friends, 2nd time with the kids and they cater well for both. It's not a cheap family meal though, so be prepared, but the meat is quality, which you would expect from a place called 'Bovine Brasserie',and chef knows how to cook a good steak.

All the food we had was excellent. The steaks were outstanding! Service was very good. Great to find a high quality, quiet restaurant where you can actually hear your friends talk. We highly recommend Bovine Brasserie.

Great service which was prompt and friendly. The meat was cooked just as asked, and the chips were tasty and a good alternative to the baked potato.

Al lovely local restaurant. I had the most delicious Kangaroo loin! The ribs are also very yummy. Very friendly and helpful service. Will definitely be back again soon.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful with our group and assisted positively with meal selections. The food was of a high standard and came out quickly. We were very appreciative that the restaurant allowed us to split the bill.

A good neighbour hood restaurant. Caters for families and couples. Tables for two are large which is great. But, the best experience was the staff. Had a lovely young waitress, moved my friend and I two another table at her suggestion has there was a large group arriving. Most other restaurants would not even suggest this. As the restaurant name suggest, it is mainly meat on the menu, but, there are other options of fish, chicken and a vegetarian option. Will return.

Our experience at the Bo Vine Brasserie was most enjoyable. The steaks were well cooked and in accordance with our orders. The service was good.

Excellent food, good service, family friendly place, my only real complaint is that I found the tables a bit too small and close together. That's not a showstopper though. The steak I had was superb (Rib Eye on the bone) cooked to perfection. Bovine is comparatively pricey for the location but as a treat, it's worth it.

Our first time and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The service was excellent and the food fantastic. We will definitely be back. Highly recommend this restaurant.

The service was excellent, friendly and prompt. The lamb rack was magnificent and the chips were crunchy on the outside and light and fluffy internally.

Only real problem was all the steaks were undercooked. My wife's had to be sent back twice. My med-rare was very rare but I just put up with it. Surprising for a steakhouse. Otherwise everything else was fine.

Excellent food - we had a table of 5 & ordered 7 different entrees - all were very good, with the salt & pepper calamari being outstanding! 3 of us had steak - we all agreed that they were the best steaks ever!

When we arrived service a was decent but our waitress seemed inexperienced. She also didnt know much about the sauces. We ordered octopus as an entree to share it was a decent portion but tasted like microwaved octopus with a tasteledd sauce and was a little chewey. I ordered the new york steak wich iv had many times before the steak was cooked perfectly but was well over rested and all the beautiful soft grilled fat had hardened and was inedible there was alot of sinu wich to had hsrdened. yh Ed meat itself was chewey and tough and tasted a little funky almost tgat taste when meat is microwaved or going off i dont think i would be back again

Great attentive service. Atmosphere a little bland but very nice place to meet and have a meal. The steak was amazing but the octopus was chewy.

Good food, we had burgers, but fairly plain. Not sure I'd recommend it though. It was a little strange, the food served didn't really match the decor of the restraunt. They need to up their game with the food.

Food was great, have been before and will return again. Steaks were cooked perfectly and the service is very friendly. Went for a birthday and was told there would be a cake charge on the cake we brought, happily this was not included in the final bill.

We went on a Tuesday night and while it was quiet, the food certainly did not disappoint. Highlights were the beef ribs and grilled barramundi. We also enjoyed the hand rolled garlic bread and the mixed berry pannacotta in a glass. The service was also very prompt and friendly. The only disappointment was the unavailability of pork or lamb ribs which we thought were a must in a steakhouse. Notwithstanding this, as the beef ribs were a stand out, all was quickly forgiven!
