Poor service order being incorrect at least twice. Ran out of pork ribs at 7pm on a Saturday night. Overpriced for what we did have.

I had a scoopon voucher and I felt that the customer service/experience was not the best. I tried to book over phone and the voice message mentioned about booking through site. The chef was speaking as though I had done something wrong and didn't book correctly. He accepted the scoopon voucher though.

Went for Valentines Dinner and had a great time, the meal was awesome and the service was very good. I was surprised that the place was not full. Highly recommended!

Service and food were very good. Probably could do with more signage outside to help find the place. Maybe some mood lighting inside for more ambience.

Great food , would definitely go back. Kids eat free during the week which is great. Could do a bit more to create a welcoming atmosphere.

Would be useful if the restaurant personnel called a few days before the event to confirm details to ensure the table is set correctly and location

The food was excellent- it was cooked to perfection. We were given a great table and the wait staff were very professional and attentive, Would recommend them again.

Overall a pleasant experience and would definitely frequent the place again! Food were good with a variety of selections. Enjoyed the steaks and cheese cake dessert.

Excellent food, reasonable price, great service. Only thing is the cool breeze that hits you when the door opens....try not to sit in line with the door 😎

Beautiful food every time. The chef/ owner obviously takes great pride in sourcing very good ingredients that are fresh. Rib eye is easily one of the best steaks I've ever eaten, and consistently good. At a price point that is very good value for the meal size and quality of what you are getting.

Fantastic food and wine - steak, fish and kids meals all super tasty. Dessert was devine, we'll be back! Love being able to book online.

Very pleasant evening. Great steak and my wife enjoyed her fish - much to her surprise for a "steak" restaurant. Both waiters helpful and even scored a couple of complimentary sides.

Staff were fantastic but the food is dull. It took far to much time to get the meal after ordering. Not much competition in St. Ives so that is how it survives. Better pub food around.
