Initially we weren't happy about not having a table in the main area of the restaurant and we had to have one of the three small tables near the counter but of these we were able to have the corner one. The restaurant owner/manager (female) resolved this issue promptly, we had great service, great food and the restaurant manager/owner checked on us at the end of our meal to make sure we were happy with everything. She was exceptional in making sure we were happy, had a great meal and left at the end of the night as happy customers. You don't get that kind of great personal service very often. Thank you for caring that we were happy.

This was our first time to Bravo's for a family dinner. When we arrived the electricity went off. Without missing a beat, the wait staff had lit candles, served our drinks and took our orders. The menu was without pizza but everything else could be ordered. The food was delicious and all 10 of us thoroughly enjoyed. Service was amazing and genuine. You would not be disappointed eating here.

Even though the power was off Bravos still came through. Food was great, and the team really shone in a difficult situation, with good humour and attentiveness

Had our second visit last night and once again so impressed with the calamari which my husband had for the second time! Possibly the best ever including that tasted in Italy! The duck Capelletti was so delicious and never fails to impress. The gnocchi pillows were so delectable and were so enjoyed by our Italian cuisine loving guest. Waiting staff were very attentive and waited to remove our finished dinner plates till all at the table had concluded their meal.... this is a rare event these days. Much appreciated ...BRAVO BRAVO!

One of the main meals was a little small. Also when not much was eaten of a dessert there was no interest in why this was the case. And I registered for benefits on your birthday and didn’t get any advice about this, so no rewards alas this visit.

Portions for pasta and risotto on smaller side. However, the seafood pizza was delish and great customer service.

We had party of 15, food was good but I thought a little pricy for garlic bread, chips and beers but overall no complaints would certainly go back again. The staff were lovely too.

One of our party has food allergies. The staff there are so understanding and good in explaining the menu and helping her choose. They cant do enough for you, the owners always have time for a chat and make you feel so welcome one of the reasons we go back there. Its one of our favourite places
