Food was delicious!! The kids playroom needs to be more supervised so the 12 and 15 yr old kids aren’t running over the little kids.

Not all Buckley fault, but the table behind was disgraceful, throwing food, loud swearing, it felt like we were just left to deal with it. More people standing around them than they had chairs, just crowding ours and bumping us why we were trying to eat. Feel like maybe security needed to calm and settle them down.

It was a late booking at 8:15. Upon arriving on time at 8:15pm we were inform we had to order straight away as the kitchen closes at 8:30pm. Very disappointed to know that a restaurant accepts table bookings up until 15minutes before the kitchen closes, which forced us to decide on what to eat before we could even sit down. We all decided to have steak since we couldn't spend any time actually having a look at the menu. The steak looked good and rare as ordered but was thoroughly disappointed when I took a bite and it had the appearance of being rare (super pink and juicy) but actually tatst f almost well done as it was really chewy and hard to eat, couldn't even eat half of it. The potatoes were barely cooked as they were still a little hard and weren't soft and fluffy. The expensive cocktail had been made with liquors that weren't on the list of ingredients and made the martini almost undrinkeable and had to be taken back to be "fixed up" just mask the unpleasant taste instead of just remaking it correctly, which was very disappointing!

Great place for the kids, stopped for dinner before a night sailing on the spirit of tasmania. Great value compared to the other dining experiences we had during our week in melbourne. Desert bar was a hit with the kids. Recommend

Food was good quality. Premises were very clean. Staff were friendly.

It was our first visit. We had a toddler and wheelchair user. The venue catered perfectly to our needs. The play area is fantastic but it means that there are a lot of noisy kids running through the eating area.

Eat there once a month and this was the worse meal, worse service, worse waiting time. Also the Menu has been the same for ages and is getting boring.

Great food and service. Not your fault but multiple kids spitting on the playground ruined it for our kids who got spat on and sworn at. An attendant in there would be amazing.

Prompt service, good food, great play area for the kids. Venue would benefit from having another sitting area suitable for families (not just alfresco smoking area) when you have finished your meal- need to vacate your table and still want to have another drink.

I have found the service to be very rude lately. I had gone out for tea with my friend that had come down from another state and I ordered a kids meal as I didn’t want a large meal and while I was eating my eat along with the others at my table, the supervisor came over and said to me how unacceptable it was for me to be ordering a kids meal. I found that very rude, unprofessional and it made us all feel very uncomfortable and not wanting to go back. Not to mention, the tables across from us also heard the conversation and didn’t agree that what the supervisor did was acceptable at all.

Have been here a number of times and the food used to be really good. It’s just average now. Chips were cold, no sides of any quality or substance. Mains were edible but 4/10 at best. At some point the kids playground won’t attract people. Felt mass produced and really average quality. Service was good as usual. Really let down by the slip of quality. Granted it was busy, but what used to be anticipated, we won’t be back for a while.

Service excellent Food beautifully presented and served. One observation: it would be nice for some servings to be smaller than entree size for bariatric customers like myself, because food gets wasted.

Friendly staff, very helpful with our birthday cake, supplying candles and plates. The most pleasant staff I've had in a long time. Great facilities for the kids.

Our request to add 1 additional person couldn’t have been met after speaking to team 3 times. When we arrived the extra seat was set up. On top of that, our meals came out random time for the table and 2 meals were forgotten until we reminded them and by then everyone was nearly finished eating.

It was my 70th Birthday celebration lunch. Great food (everyone enjoyed their meal) The kids enjoyed the playground. The service was wonderful. Definitely recommend for any family gathering.
