Good table service, playground was very handy for our children.

Kids loved the playground. The meals came out quick and were delicious. The chicken parmi very good value for money. Staff were friendly and attentive.

Thee venue was excellent and we had a great time.

Food was great. Only downfall was the big kids being too rough and ruining it for the little kids in the play area.

Usually a really great experience and would usually rate it a 8-10 for food. This time around steak was over cooked and chewy. Also ordered $15 pub calamari and it came with three pieces only on chips (looked more like a kids meal - very disappointing)

It was ok, I asked for mash and veg instead of salad snd chips and the girl serving me couldn't understand what I was saying! she asked the cook but I had no idea what she was saying!! I can't believe something as simple as mash is not available. I Just gave have up and ordered whatever and I got just veg with my meal! The same girl served me another time and didnt understand me, she also had no idea how the points work when I asked about them. No very good customer service.

The food was poor standard the manager assured me that he would come back after our complaint and never did not did he even seem to care. Really poor experience

They forgot our meal order and we waited 90 mins then Thry forgot to bring out my sons birthday cake. Each time we had to go chase the staff to ask where our meals/cake were.

Not a great venue - since my last visit i feel the food has dropped in quality and the service attendants were not friendly and accommodating. To place a booking of 7 pax near the door with drafts on a cold night is pretty bad service. Would not recommend.

Parma nights good value for money Carbonara Parma was the best

Obviously a favourite spot for families but the noise was a real negative for us . Food and service very good.

It was quite busy, and overcrowded and difficult to hear others at our table of 5. Food didn't come out together, scattered over 5-10 minutes.

Everything was good but just some constructive suggestions.. I ordered kids spaghetti and I think it’s on the pricy side but also the portion size is way too big for kids meal .. I hate waste and that’s was my observation around most tables .with kids .. lots of waste . you’d be better to smaller your serves and the price! Get your staff to monitor table clearances on what’s getting wasted other than that I love the visit to bukerlies as my grandies call it .. and the new playroom is exceptional.. well Done 👍

It was disappointing that the children’s playground was closed. Also disappointing that the Parmi night parmigianas weren’t served with a small side salad. Nice meal otherwise and good serving sizes

Kids food was cold when got to the table. One person ordered the salmon and there was capsicum in the salad but no mention of it on the menu she could not eat the salad. And when the waiter was coming to clear the plates no one had asked if the person had finished with their plate they just took the plates.

Food was average but was served quickly. Staff weren’t overly friendly. Playground is amazing. I booked 2 weeks in advance and requested to be seated next to the playground however we were the furthest table from there…
