Garlic prawns were water, no garlic or seasoning and very bland. The batter on Flake tasted like a corn dog on a stick, had no seasoning and was very disappointing. The kids nuggets and chips were ok. The best think we had today were the side salads

The Aussie pizza was inedible and raw, disgusting. Never again

With two small kids dining solo it was very hard being placed on a table at the opposite side of the restaurant to the playground. I made the request upon booking to be seated near the playground and wasn’t advised it wasn’t possible prior to arrival.

Best family restaurant in geelong! You won’t be disappointed. Always book in advance though

Disappointed that my meal came out as everyone else was just about finished and we had ordered before others on the table. The Pumpkin pine pizza was quite oily.

I found the vegetables on roast of the day to be hard .... lady who took out order wasn't really paying attention to listening to our iorder.

Kid meals were quick to come out which is great. Meals are great size and flavours were lovely. Managed to score a booth which was good as seats are comfortable and noise is lower.

We had 2 tables booked but they were placed away from each other. We asked to swapa table but they were unable too. Restaurants need to understand and take into consideration some families are bigger than 20 people. They dont want to sit in different sections they want to enjoy time as a family. Bookings of 20 is ridiculous. When it comes to big families.

A place we frequently visit. Only issue with this visit was the 40 minute waiting time for our meals, it was busy, normally we have had wait times of 10-15 mins, otherwise all good.

Had a good night. Meals were delish. Try took ages but it was busy. One friend got her meal 20 mins after everyone else which wasn't suitable. Otherwise good times..

Food is always good. The kids do love going here.

Parmi top was very ordinary. Chewy cheese and ham slid off the top of parmi. Wouldn’t order it again.

The food was delicious, the kids milkshakes were yummy. We also had a party there in the morning which was fantastic. It was run smoothly and the least stressful party I’ve hosted for my kids! Would highly recommend having a kids party at Buckleys!

The only let down was the wait time for our meals but we could see it was a busy night, the staff were so polite and apologetic

I was going to give it another go but food is overpriced and there is a 2 hour limit. Not only do they tell you abruptly at the beginning (when you get the 10 minute warning (rudely) and they start to clean up not even before your sitting finishes with daggers from the staff that your still sitting at the table trying to pack up! You pay for the ice cream the staff member doesn’t even greet you just says $25 and then goes back into the kitchen without a goodbye or thankyou. This place isn’t worth it even for the playground

Took over an hour for food to come out which isn’t ideal especially when there’s young children that need to go to be early.

Meals average. Kids play area closes at 8:30 which is strange. Most staff seemed bored and unfriendly. I wouldn’t go back unfortunately!

The staff were friendly and the play area was nice and clean. The food was ok. I ordered a nasi goreng and it was average.

Bar prices for the soft drinks were over the top

Little disappointing, the food was ok but not the greatest for the price. $28 for a souvlaki and it was pretty much just a heap of lettuce and lamb. The kids playground is pretty cool but unfortunately too big for our 2yr old. I would say ages 4 and up. The staff aren’t the friendliest either

Staff were all super friendly and helpful. Outstanding service tonight actually. Only complaint is Buckley’s has minimal vegetarian options that are also gf. Unless you like pizza or nachos. Also dessert for gf has always been lacking and tonight the icecream machines weren’t working so no dessert. Not end of the world but Buckley’s seriously needs to look at how inclusive their menu is.

Friendly staff, good food and an excellent play space for the kids. We ordered our dessert a little late and staff were very accommodating and politely moved us to the al fresco area so we didn't need to rush. Lovely evening and highly recommend.

Food yummy told the guy my first time but i had to ask all the questions ... single mum so on own when kid in play area could not see her i did asked to be sat near but i know they cant meet all those requests
