Food was quick and delicious! The table (75) was a bit far from the kids play area, but our kids are old enough so didn’t need close supervision .

It was a very vibrant environment, lots of kids celebrating their birthdays, as with our purpose of visit too. Loved that there was a fun play area, some claw machines, a weigh-and-pay ice cream parlour. I love the little nooks and crannies, and yet there are lots of spaces that you can put tables together. Staff are helpful and the kitchen did as best they can with all the big group orders. Just a little waiting, especially on a busy night. Overall, loved this spot that we call our local.

Great food and good friendly staff make for a fantastic experience

Three of us had Senior's Menu Fish and chips, mine was fine, two others complained it was dry and leathery. One had Senior Menu Chicken Kiev and had one mouthful and left the rest because it was dry and tasteless. This is the first time that I have been there where my fellow diners were not happy. Also not impressed with the squeeze packet of tartare sauce, put it back in the bowl please. Staff very nice and friendly, as usual. Hoping this was a one off bad day.

average service, long waits , lost the cake but found it eventually Had to redo my order but then didn’t add everything Paid for gravy and had to chase it all up Old menus were on the table which messed up everyone’s order The steak sandwich special paper was put on the table but it was sold out

Most of the dishes were great. The curry and roti bread could have been better though. Flavour wasn’t quite there. We were seated straight away and the meals arrived within a reasonable time. Overall we enjoyed the experience and would come back again

It provided a congenial atmosphere in which to carry on a conversation over an extended lunch celebrating a friend's birthday

It was good visit. The table was clean and in a good place. The order of the Food was great, but for me I never got what I want. Never like what I order that was the chops. The apple sauce I never like and the green cabbage was not that good to eat. Other the outing was goog.

There were slot of Children in the playcentre and l honk with so many there should be Buckleys supervision as a couple of bigger boys had climbed p onto the top of the monkey bars and were being very silly and dangerous. The same with wearing shoes to climb. Many take their shoes off in the front part and then run and climb in socks or bare feet. All accidents waiting to happen

Nice clean venue, warm and user friendly. Food was very nice for prices. Playroom was great for our 4 year old. Drinks were expensive I assume as our bill was $343.38 for 5 adult meals, 2 entrees, and quite a few drinks. 2 adults & one child paid separately for their own meals. Lollies were expensive but nice.

Thought chicken schnitzel would come with salad it usually does but everything else was great

Service was very slow. Not a good choice for a quick meal for the family on the way home. Would be quicker to pop by the supermarket and cook at home. 2 kids meals served, then 10 mins later another kids meal then another 15 minutes wait for the remaining 3 meals. Not enjoyable to be waiting and not eating together. I don’t think we’d come again.

Always great to visit with the grandies .. okay room is amazing as are the very welcoming staff .. foods good but a change in the menu might be nice .. been the same for years 🫣

We enjoyed our visit. It was very busy but the wait was not too long. It was a bit noisy.

Food ok, came to paying the bill however was very upsetting. a tab was started by another person at the table, the staff member taking the food orders made a mistake and apparently placed some of the order on another table’s bill, so they rang the person who booked our table and abused and threatened them and told them they had to pay for the tab when it was absolutely nothing to do with them and they were told by same female it would be taken further again in threatening manner, even though they had said they would talk to the person that had started the tab and explain what had happened. Totally sickening and unprofessional encounter.

We were there for Mother's day dinner and seated in front of a very large screen tv. It was intrusive as the glare from the white coloured screen was blinding. The other colours were not as bad.

The seating request was spot on and very appreciated! The kids meals were generous sizes. Milkshakes great size too! 3 of our meals came with chips, none of the chips were hot! All warm Kids burger was dry and he had to dip in the sauce to eat it Lamb souvlaki was good! The knife provided to cut it was not sharp enough to get through the pita. I had to use so much force to cut it and it left a dent in the thumb for a while after from pressing so hard And finally the risotto, the biggest disappointment of them all sadly. Not sure why it’s called Prawn & Asparagus when the main feature is the overload of red onion and spring onion. Prawn and onion risotto would’ve been a better title, and then I wouldn’t have ordered it and faced disappointment. There was barely any asparagus in it. And I’m actually allergic to raw onion, esp red onion so I spent most of my time picking it all out and hoping to heck that it was cooked properly and that I wouldn’t get a re-action! If red onion and spring onion were listed in the menu ingredients list of the dish, I wouldn’t have ordered it! I avoided ordering other dishes that had red onion listed, why was it not listed for this one too? Kids loved the playground as always and we will still return but please list main ingredients in dishes more accurately as I don’t like paying for a meal and then not enjoying it
