Good food, reasonable prices, quick service, nice venue and friendly staff.

Friendly staff and generous serving of food. Nice range on the menu. Seated by the side of the road which had a nice breeze on a hot day.

We had our relaxing Rotary meeting and found the cafe very pleasant and accommodating for our needs. We were able to place our feather banner to let people know who we were which was very nice of them.

We had booked a table at Cafe Bema and was waiting for 15 minutes - no water, no menu, no acknowledgment, no nothing. We got up and left and went to Paddington Social - such great service and friendly wait staff! Won’t be returning to Cafe Bema. Poor form.

We had booked days earlier, then were put on a tiny table for four of us. Apparently, someone had made a bigger booking. We asked for something bigger and after a while we were taken to a bigger table. The wait staff were nice. They said that the landlord will not allow them to have any more tables than they have, which seems grossly unfair when there is so much space going begging.

Pleasant and spacious courtyard on trendy LaTrobe Tce. Vegetarian options (green bowl, corn fritters) very tasty, steak sandwich ok. Friendly staff.
