Bartolo

First visit to Bartolo via a Quandoo offer. The restaurant was beautiful and had a lovely atmosphere. The menu was great, food was amazing and wine great choices. The service both for food and wine was exceptional. Fabulous night, highly recommend and will be going back (regularly!). thank you.

Food was delicious! But poor service. Got sat at the bar (behind the bar next to the coffee machine & fridge). Always chasing, wrong dish served and wine glass knocked over by waiter.

Great happy hour and tasty snacks bread and salami. Enjoy

The cocktails are amazing and so is the food. Can recommend the gnocchi, extremely soft and light, and the lamb skewers.

I thought the food was very nice however the service was very slow-we had to ask for a menu twice and took over 2 hours to serve 2 entrees and a main course-we had seen an offer of half price drinks which was attractive and then when we got the bill -it was full price-after checking the small print of the offer -we then saw that you had to sit at the bar to take advantage of this -this should have been clearly stated in the offer -I accept that it is my fault for not checking but I now feel alienated from this restaurant-rather than the opposite of looking forward to returning-it’s such a shame as it is a beautiful space and nice atmosphere

A very special experience .. warm welcome great atmosphere and food not to mention a killer martini .. felt very much like being invited to a friends for dinner .. they’ll be see a lot more of us.

Despite a blustery night outside, Bartolo made up for it with a warm atmosphere, great food (the meatballs are delicious) and great service by Harry. A great place for friends to get together on a chilly Sydney evening.

It was a relatively quiet, rainy Sunday night. We had a beautiful, relaxed meal and excellent wine. Staff were attentive and lovely.

Second time here...loved it the first time. Second time...with a business client in tow....food was disappointing. The atmos and interior still lovely, the staff perky bright and efficient, but every course was more disappointing than the last. Might be time for a new chef??

the food overall was good. we had issues with the food slow to come out of the kitchen, the main portion sizes were very different - we ended up needing another side for one main. the waitstaff, atmosphere and overall quality was good. would still recommend.
