Caffe Primo - Munno Para

Had a lunch with hubby & granddaughter. I can only complain about my meal, I had the Ham cheese & tomato on Turkish bread, I found the cheese should of been melted it kind of just sat on top of the bread which made the meal tasteless. My OJ & pot of tea was very nice. You get a lovely big tea pot, but a very small about of milk in a tiny jug, so of course I had to ask for a bit more milk to be able to enjoy the last cup of tea from my teapot.

Great food, fast friendly service! Reasonable price. Great atmosphere. All in all a lovely night out

Ok. I understand it was busy, being Father's day. But the meals were less than average. Unfortunately, I don't think we'll be back. The staff were great. Can't fault them. But let's face it, when we eat out, we expect good food too.

Toast was oily, bacon was not cooked properly, ordered extra egg and not given, staff member who served us had a love bite on her neck and the coffee was just warm……… Disappointing breakfast

Hi the food was okay, the place is dirty, salt and pepper shakers had water stains in them in the tables from adding new salt and pepper when glad was wet I'm assuming. Water in bottles was warm. Chairs in booths were dirty

Wife’s meal not great, chicken was burnt in places and didn’t taste great, they replaced it to their credit but meal wasn’t the best. Wife unsure whether to go back.

Everything was great but the staff seemed a little confused, we had to ask for some drinks that were missing and a couple of meals that were missing but overall the food was enjoyable and we love catching up there as the staff are always lovely.

It was great, However, I made the booking on line and booked a table, however when we arrived I was shown a booth. However, staff were very nice and gave us a table instead. In addition, I was not informed when booking online that we would only be able to dine for one hour as they were busy for mothers day. We were disappointed to find out that we could only be there for one hour. This is way too short for a special occasion like mothers day.

Our experience was quite disappointing, especially considering the special occasion. Upon arrival, we stood around and had to wait for someone to seat us, which could have been avoided if the booking log was kept at the front of the restaurant. We were left waiting by the entrance, which made us feel like we were in the way, and during that time, we were approached three times asking if we needed to be seated. Once we were seated, we noticed there were only three sets of cutlery for our group of four. It was my granddaughter’s 16th birthday, and despite us walking in with balloons, not a single staff member acknowledged or wished her a happy birthday, which was disappointing. The pancakes and toppings were noticeably smaller, and the pasta sauce lacked creaminess. The only highlight of the meal was the cheesy garlic bread,which unfortunately came out just a couple of minutes before our main dishes. Everything else was mediocre at best. Overall, the unorganized nature of the service and attention to detail left us feeling quite disappointed. I hope this feedback helps improve the experience for future guests.

I had the Flathead for lunch as did my mother, which was fabulous. My wife's chicken salad was also fabulous as was my sisters Calamari. I bought a Chef's salad take away which I'm eating right now for dinner and am loving it! Thank You Primo!

There were 8 of us, 3 meals came out within 5 minutes of ordering. we had to wait 30 minutes for the remainder to start appearing. Had to ask about the complimentary garlic bread - was met with a less than desirable attitude - although some of us had 'special' meals that do not qualify for the bread - 2 of us definitely had a main. No apologies and very matter of fact - after all the meals had been cleared away and we were ready to leave 1 garlic bread was placed on our table. I know its not a 5 star restaurant, but a cheerful attitude and good customer service is always appreciated.

Deliciously fresh, super fast. We will be back! Husband ordered the scotch fillet. Salt and pepper squid. I had the Battered flathead.

We had our Christmas family get together and the experience was mostly positive apart from one of the kids having an incorrect order brought out. He was the last to receive his meal anyway after a bit of a wait and then it was incorrect and had to be redone. It’s was a bit disappointing all round.

We asked staff several times if we could have the music turned down which it was and then it was turned up so we couldn't talk to each other. Won't be returning.
