Great food, great cocktails and great service! We will definitely be back. The whole fish was delicious and the berocca paloma cocktail was really tasty.

The staff were incredibly friendly, there was a great atmosphere and better yet the food was exceptional. I would recommend this to anyone looking for a great dinner and a drink

Good Mexican in the Bondi area. Sides of sour cream, pico, cheese, jalapeños, etc...should accompany tacos is my only feedback. Drinks are great as is the Mexican beer.

The food, service and hospitality was amazing. The tuna civiche was so good we had to have two. Definitely try the “Smoke, Sour & Sweet” cocktail great balance of flavors. Thank you to the team at Carbon we will definitely be back.

Very expensive even for Bondi standards. The $45 steak needs to be able to compete with restaurants bistro Moncur, the Centennial and even icebergs at this price. Unfortunately we could not eat it due to the fishy anchovy butter. Staff are very nice The restaurant has great potential, perhaps we just ordered the wrong thing .

the food was good. the service was pleasant, attentive though the lady was a bit pushy. the portions were tiny. so all in all a nice experience but a bit overprized

The lamb shoulder slow cooked make your own taco is so delish and the margaritas are a must have. A must visit when In Bondi.

Fabulous service, felt welcome and cosy. excellent starters, great margarita. beef wood fire tortilla very good but grilled veg option heavy and not interesting. Will go again for sure.

Friendly staff, first class food. Better than a few fine dining places I went to recently. Cocktails were not the best and that was the only thing that could have been better. Amazing restaurant, ambience is wonderful. We will definitely go back again.

Great new place from the team behind Taquiza. Food and cocktails are on point, standouts being the Margaritas (classic and jalepeno varieties) and the Oaxaca queso fundido (but it'd be great if it was even more molten and melted!). A big suggestion would be to make the side dishes a little bigger, for $8 a pop the tiny little sauce ramekins uses to serve side dishes in seems a little steep. The pineapple salsa side was delicious though, and the potatoes were good too but they're chopped into little cubes like it's an American style potato hash or bubble and squeak, not the big, chunky, crisp potatoes you'd expect to be served as side dish to big meaty dishes like the suckling pig dish. All in all a nice place though and would recommend.

Outstanding! Loved the delicious margaritas, beef tacos, and queso fondito! We will be back next week! Highly recommend the Tommy margarita! Lovely staff, but kitchen is quite slow.

Yum food and great service Need to make the doors self closing as the wind was sooo cold every time people came in or left.

One of my new favorite places in Bondi, lamb to share was awesome & the service and atmosphere was spot on. A little loud but made a great vibe. Well done, highly recommend Carbón.
