Great friendly service staff. Delicious and generous portions of food. Great family friendly atmosphere. Service timing was just right as wait staff asked what we would like and when and then delivered.

Very nice staff and atmosphere. Wide range of tasty food - there is something for everyone. The parking in the general area was easier than I expected on a Saturday evening.

Always good value good coffee good service and good food their wedges are a huge serving and that’s the same formula year after year bravo guys

Good food with Carlucci’s special veal a standout. Our young waitress was warm and friendly, the head waiter was very helpful and the whole experience was excellent.

Food was good and generous. A slice of bread for the sauce would have been welcome. Wide selection and specials. Heating for outside tables. Recommend you call ahead for a table though they will always try and accommodate you.

Food was lovely as always, though I think we got forgotten about when we arrived because it took 15 minutes to get served. Still, great food and great ambience....

We had 23 adults, many over 65 years old and a toddler in a highchair. We shared starters, most had just an entree sized pasta.............which were still huge, delicious and well priced. Carlucci's staff kindly cut up some of their small cakes for us to share. I brought bottles of wine from my late husband's collection The corkage charge was a modest $5 per bottle. The service was impeccable on a public holiday .......with a fairly full restaurant.

The food was excellent and generous. Prices were reasonable and the service was great. Our waitress Toni was outstanding - friendly, helpful and professional. We will be back.

I have eaten both lunch and dinner at Carluccis over many years. I have never been disappointed with the food or service. Well done. Cheers Libby Forrest

Food was not good and was very over priced. For example pizza was under cooked, salad wilted and not fresh, Tiramisu was not fresh etc. Alcohol reasonably priced. Very disappointing, wouldn't recommend.

Great food, great service. Would highly recommend the linguini marinara. It's one of the best I have tasted in our local area for a long time.

Food was unexpectedly good and great value for money. Staff were warm and very efficient. All it needs is a little decor update, some lovely bentwood chairs would change the whole look of the place. We will definitely be back !!

Service and overall experience were terrific however, the kids chicken schnitzel was underdone and my daughter suffered food poisoning as a result which was disappointing.

Great food and lovely service. Always a delight to eat there no matter what time of day you're going there. I would definitely recommend it if you're local and haven't tried it

Great food , reasonably priced, friendly staff and prompt service as always with a good menu (plenty of choice), indoor and outdoor eating and great atmosphere.

Good service, however the food was below average i ordered a chicken parma it waa bigger than the plate chicken was thin cheap tasting and the crumb batter was to thick. Reminded me of those frozen schnitzels you buy from tuck shops in industrial estates.

The staff are very friendly and welcoming. Prompt service...delicious food....great variety. Always a pleasure going there. They are open from morning till night so whenever you choose to go there's always something good to eat or drink and socialise.

Went there with family, all thought that the food really tasty and big serving sizes kept us full. The service was good, food and drinks arrived promptly

Good food, good service marred only by final coffee arriving as take-away. This was quickly corrected by the staff. The ambience is always pleasant at Carluccis.

This restaurant is one of our favourites. Food is always fantastic. Service was a little slow but worth the wait. Inside could be a little noisey so table outside on a beautiful day is perfect.

Always a great family dining experience with good food and friendly staff. We keep going back and are never disappointed. My kids LOVE the pizza.

The food was good, but the service was pretty poor. There seemed to be plenty of staff around, however only 2 waitresses on the floor, covering inside and outside. The waitress's attitudes were pretty lacklustre. There didn't seem to be any system to the table service. We had to attract their attention to be seated. We had to try to attract their attention after we finished lunch to order coffee. The waitress that came to took our order looked down her nose at us, it felt like we were inconveniencing her. Overall we weren't particularly happy with the experience. Not sure that we would go there again.

It was 'nice', the food was 'nice' but very overpriced for the quality - especially lunch dishes. The venue is noisy so not for an intimate affair. Waiters need not to lie about the sparkling wine either - DeBortoli is NOT produced in Italy - it was not the correct bottle we ordered that we were served.

Delicious food, great service, very happy indeed! All 10 of us that are there for lunch we’re extremely happy with the food we received. The atmosphere of the restaurant was fantastic also.

Had a great time at Carlucci's. Food was good and service was good. Sadly, my experience was ruined right at the end as we were walking out. I stopped to let my friend through the door as she was holding a baby, and quickly got a shove from another waiter (one who had not served us) who got impatient waiting behind me and walked through the other door whilst saying "if I wait for you, I'll be waiting all day". This was really rude and unnecessary, and I feel it put a real dampener on my experience. Not totally sure whether I'll come back.

We're regulars at Carlucci's Restaurant, we enjoy the meals and the special service, the waiter comes around the table a few times making sure everyone is happy with their meals, if they need anything else also it is Not a bother to bring an extra plate to share for the children or a glass or a straw to make it a bit more special for them. Yesterday the waitress only learned at the time she delivered our shared tiramisu that there was a B'day person at the table and she immediately brought a candle and lit it . Wonderful gesture. Couldn't be happier. We will keep coming and enjoying the wonderful flavours of the Carlucci's Restaurant. Many many thanks. Kindest regards Eva Gyenes

Great value for money breakfast and great coffee to get the day started. Staff were very friendly and attentive without being to over the top.

The quality of the food was fantastic. I had smashed avo with bacon, everything was cooked and prepared perfectly. The coffee is the best i have had for a while!

The best feature was the staff. They seemed to genuinely care about and desired to improve our experience at Carlucci's. Coming close behind the excellent staff was the food, which was delicious, the right temperature, well presented, and there was a large variety of Mediterranean inspired food to choose from. The restaurant was clean and inviting. The other customers were pleasant, appeared to be enjoying themselves, and their joyous discourse added to my experience. Importantly, there was no cigarette smoke to contend with. The price was within my range of expectation. A recurring problem in venues such as this is the noise. Conversation required a raised voice, and given the delightful nature of the company I shared this experience with, there was lots of conversation, leading to a sore throat the next day. But Carlucci's is far from alone in where this is concerned, and it did not dominate my experience. A recommendable restaurant.

Busy, buzzing, great friendly service and very tasty meal. Calucci’s was packed with pre Christmas diners, many families with children, work groups etc. Our meals arrived in about 20 minutes, delivered by smiling, happy waiters.

Party of seven, a couple of decent meals, but the pizzas were very poor - undercooked & soggy bases with flavourless over-salty toppings. Service was good, but clearly follow the American style of food...quantity over quality and mostly tasteless. Overall a very average restaurant.
