Food (and service) were the best we’ve had in many years here and we appreciated the “quiet area” table as the restaurant can be very noisy. Suggestions: rubber or carpet on the floors and soundproofing textiles on the walls
Great staff, excellent food and a nice atmosphere in the st ives area
Food was average (not a great taste nor bad either )+waiting staff friendly and fast+restaurant price same as any other Thai restaurant BUT starter portions quite small surprising enough + service plates ( or should I say soap bowl and plastic plates) interesting to see (should be used better servicing plates) SO over all average
Charmed consistently serves excellent Thai food in pleasant surroundings. The staff are always friendly & provide good service.

Charmed has great food, nice decor, good service. Kids love pad see ew. We love the crispy pork belly with Chinese broccoli & spicey chilli basil.
The food came quickly and was very tasty. The staff were friendly, courteous & helpful. The restaurant was conveniently located and it was easy to find parking close by.
At Charmed St Ives you don't feel on top of everyone, plenty of room. The food has always arrived promptly and the serves are generous - not to mention delicious. Plenty of couples tables which are kept away from the larger groups so noise is not an issue.
The portions were good and taste was excellent. Good value for money. Will definitely keep going and happy to recommend to others. Good location too and pleasantly decorated to be able to take family and friends.
Love this place, food is great service is great. We come here at least once a month and never had anything to complain about.
We arrived at the restaurant to find that they had no record of our booking, however, they were able to fit us in for what was an enjoyable dinner.
