City Farm Cafe

The menu needs to be more detailed. I had eggs Benedict. There was way too much spinach, the toast was soggy, and the meal was not hot enough. Coffee not hot enough either, although it did taste nice. Need proper mugs, not glasses for the coffee. The setting was lovely. Unfortunately the building alarm next door went off and spoiled our experience also.

Food was fresh but a little pricey for what you get. Needing to pay quiet a bit to park in a public car park is a disadvantage.

Excellent delicious food but cups of tea and coffee very small and quite pricey. I would definitely return despite this it’s a great place for kids too

We were a large group and the cafe space was set up for us, the manager introducing himself and ensuring all was okay. Staff were friendly and very efficient. Breakfast, the food was as always excellent and the coffee most enjoyable.

Delicious food! The prana chai with soy is a must, and it’s always lovely to wander around the market - with lots of fresh produce and cute succulents on offer.

I took a friend for breakfast fo her birthday. The food was beautifully prepared - the potato rosti with salmon , poached eggs, hollandaise and rocket was delicious! The ambience at City Farm is a delight. We wandered around the market after breakfast, bought some veggies and chatted to the friendly stall holders. A lovely couple if hours on a Saturday morning.

Beautiful venue for lunch or breakfast with fresh and flavousome food. The coffee here is the best! We will definitely return again. Great spot inner city oasis.

Love the service, the food and the ambience. The only thing I'd improve is the temperature of the coffee - needs to be hotter. If I'd had time I would have waited in line to let them know but they were very busy. Next time.

Bad service or no service i should say. Good food but will never go back because of the service. And lot of flies around. Very annoying

Great place, it has farmer market every Saturday, nice and casual great for family. Not many choices for breakfast, parking is paid cpp parking we had to drive around for free parking at the back.

City farm was a really great place for to take kids. Little sand pit for them to play with tables near. Coffee and food were great too.

Lovely space with great range of healthy options and friendly staff. Great coffee too. Love sitting outdoors and very kid friendly. Will definitely return again.

We were well looked after upon arrival with the booked table ready for us. Everyone enjoyed the food on offer and the friendliness of the staff.

Friendly and great atmosphere. Enjoyed the open area for the kids to play in, instead of just sitting on the iPads. The food was great and pretty fast

Food fresh, interesting. The drawback was heat of the day, no indoor shelter. Fans didn’t cut it. But I’ll be back when the weather cools!

I thought it was a really lovely setting. The food seemed pretty good. I thought having the church groups there was a bit whacky though. Not what you expect when you go out to breakfast - or appropriate.

Extremely good, healthy and fresh food and quick, efficient service. Loved the menu variety, location and idea behind this place. Good to see it flourishing.

I've been passing City Farm for years on the train wishing to visit one day. Yesterday I finally did. It was lovely - had a delicious breakfast. Great coffee. Lovely surroundings.

Great breakfast, the service was with a smile and the coffee was excellent! Child friendly which is why we chose it, the only let down was that the sand in the sandpit left my son filthy!! It was more like bush sand. But we will definitely be back :)

Delicious, fresh, wholesome food and delicious coffee made to order. I could have chosen so many dishes from the menu as well as juices. I will definitely be going back to Perth City Farm.

The Buddha bowl I had was very nice but thought for the price it was quite a small serve. I added Salmon so payed an extra $7 and thought it was not worth the extra money considering the small amount of salmon and it being smoked rather than fresh. It was delicious though and the coffee and service was great!

City Farm was a great place to spend our morning. The weather wasn't the greatest but we were sheltered by blinds, the staff were lovely and the food was tasty and well priced. They also had a comprehensive menu which provided for vegans, vegetarians and gluten free individuals.

Great cafe, has a good selection of gluten free options. Food is fresh and really tasty. Has the steak sandwich and gf chocolate cake was amazing.

Excellent food, excellent service. Highly recommend! Very accommodating for large groups and with several young children, great playground area to keep the little ones busy.

City Farm has a wonderfully relaxed atmosphere, a great variety of food at reasonable prices, with helpful and friendly staff. What more could you ask for?

We took our 10 Yr old kids here for breakfast on a Sunday morning. I have been here before for a yoga workshop and a work function but never for breakfast. The place was a buzz with activity. There were people packing down from a function the night before. There looked to be a meditation workshop going on in the Artroom and mix of people walking around looking at the facility. In the Cafe they have a good choice of things on the menu. My husband had the potato rossi with smoked salmon which he loved. I had poached eggs on toast with bacon, it was perfect. They also have a kids menu, fresh dairy free smoothies and use my favourite brand of almond milk which they also sell, I was excited about that because it's not easy to find in shops. Lovely relaxed atmosphere. Lovely, genuine service and delicious food. It's great to support local community initiatives. I'll be back.

Great food and atmosphere. One of my dining colleagues had and idea; We attended the City Farm Cafe during a one hour lunch break from a meeting across the road. Could you consider that an option when reserving a table on line would be to order and pay for some/all the meals? This would save time spent in line up and pay aspect of the experience. It would also help your staff to prepare in advance, if that helps. Thank you. We had a great time at the City Farm Cafe. It is such a unique, relaxing and nature cafe nestled in the busy metropolis.

Birthday breakfast for 8. All meals were fresh and healthy. Good selection for vegetarians too. We love to come and have a coffee, which is excellent, and read the paper on a regular basis.

Food was generally good - great quality and priced ok. Menu is very small though. Great relaxed atmosphere for casual catch-ups and families. Service was also friendly.

This is a great venue - and so close to the city. Food is fantastic, fresh and innovative. Coffee too is a winner. Highly recommended

Service was efficient, and food tasty. Not a huge amount of menu options, but the Specials menu suited the 3 of us - pleasant setting amongst the garden areas.

Fantastic place, I love the food, the open kitchen, the ambience, the gardens, the environmental consciencious recycling and growing own food. Will keep going back, everyone I have met up with there loves it too.

A very nice meal and very good coffee. The only downside was, when I asked for a mug of coffee instead of the normal cup, it was brought out in a paper cup. Im guessing they don't have mugs but I should of been told that when ordering. Overall it was very nice and will go back.

City Farm Café is a fabulous place to meet with friends, its a relaxed atmosphere with great coffee, great food and really friendly and accommodating staff.

If i could give this cafe a 10 I would, food, staff, setting was wonderful and I cannot wait to bring my friends here to try!

Had our team brunch here and pretty much everyone went for the potato rosti (which was bloody delicious). We also thoroughly enjoyed the eggplant dish as well as the coffee. Overall a very enjoyable experience even though the weather wasn't co-operating.

Everything was ready for us and the service was excellent thank you. The food was well prepared and the drinks were hot and we were kept warm by the portable heaters on a very cold day.

Relaxed and casual. Order and pay at the counter, sit and enjoy for as long as you wish. All day breakfast, burger and steak sandwich with a choice of delicious cakes and drinks.

Enjoyed the food and surroundings but expecting to have a chilled out Sunday morning breakfast, I was somewhat disappointed by the loud 'doof doof ' style music playing which was anything but relaxing. A shame as otherwise friendly staff and nice atmosphere.

Love going to City Farm for breakfast and to buy produce on a Saturday morning. I just wish they would make their coffee hotter. I don't know how many times I have had to send it back. Love the spinach and feta muffins.

It is a lovely venue, it is a pleasure to sit surrounded by the plants. The staff were friendly. The food fresh but lacking in taste and substance. The servings could have been a bit larger. my house beans could have been tastier, they were lacking full flavour. Coffee was fine. The house pastries were very fresh.
