My favorite restaurant. Funky atmosphere with great service!! The menu is so creative with amazing herbs, spices, flavors and fresh ingredients. I have never been able to fault one meal. Just incredible. I could dine there every night.

I normally would bother with writing a review but this place deserves one. My second time this week dining there. Just amazing food. The best steak I've ever eatin!! I couldnt fault one dish. Great service. Great atmosphere.

It was unfortunate that the pork meat in the pork belly dry curry was bad (inedible in fact) because the flavours were amazing, and the rest of our meals (stuffed banana chilli, side green veges with pickled chilli, duck jungle curry) were absolutely fantastic. Couldn't fault them. If it wasn't for the bad meat I would have rated Cookie 10-10. Lovely atmosphere, beautiful flavours. Will definitely be back.

ordered drinks at the bar as we waited for our table and waited half an hour for them to arrive, and they forgot 2 of them, then they opened and poured the wrong bottle of wine- so not a great start. Food was ok but not worth the fuss of being squashed in a corner and being totally forgotten about. Our waitress was sweet but clearly the kitchen and bar were totally out of their depth. Not enough staff and not worth the money. We won't go back.

Cookie has to be my favourite restaurant is Australia! The food is amazing! Love the feed me menu... And the cocktails are Devine. The staff are friendly and service is great. Can't wait to go back!

The food was tasty, creative and beautifully presented. The service was excellent. Our waiter was helpful and attentive without being intrusive. The restaurant is not too noisy which is important as I have a hearing impairment.

Always consistent. The food dishes come in 3 sizes, small, med and large, all are packed with flavour, amazing wine and beer selection with fabulous service.

Great food, great staff, fab cocktails, perfect location. The perfect share plates - look forward to working through the menu!! The salmon salad is SOOOOO good!

Great atmosphere, great location, knowledgable staff, yummy food just needs to be a little more generous with the serving size. Rooftop bar is a bonus also for drinks afterwards.

Excellent food, excellent service, great atmosphere!! We were running a little late but they kept the reservation for us. All staff were friendly and helpful.

This was my first time at Cookie but my partner has been here a few times in the past and I honestly thought he was exagerating when he told me how good the food was and how nice the staff were. Well he wasn't! And I lost a bet hahaha! The atmosphere was incredible despite the fact the power cut off for 2 minutes during our meal, the waitress we had offered us a free drink each for the trouble but we declined. After an incredible meal, 3 small dishes, 2 medium and 2 large, a lot of cider and fast service I will definitely be coming back here Also, our bill was only just over $100 for all of that plus our drinks and we drank a lot. I'll be back!

Food was exceptional as always. Service in dining room was great. One of my favorite places to eat. Service in back bar is always very slow and not the best.

Cookie was great, food was delicious and service was excellent! We had 9 people and everyone absolutely loved the food and vibe of the restaurant. I will definitely be going back.

The atmosphere is great, the service also and the food is fantastic! It's pretty loud & vibey but the lighting is nice and low. They really know how to do it.

Our first waitress was great- really knew the menu and could help out. The second one it so much, we had to ask a few times to have our water filled and for extras from the kitchen. Was all nice though

By far the best food experience in Melbourne. The chefs take Thai food to a whole new level. One will not be let done. One can overhear fellow diners wowing at the food as they dine. Never a let down.

This was my first time at Cookie & service was good. The food popped with flavour & was most enjoyable. As more people came in, it got really noisy as the music volume increased which was the only downside.

Enjoyed the experience overall. Found the staff extremely helpful and food good but had an unfortunate experience with a dish involving chilli. The restaurant was crowded, uncomfortably so but were able to move from the allocated table to a larger one thanks to helpful staff.

The meal was beautiful, everyone was happy with the generosity of the meal sizes, the quality of the food and the customer service experience. I have never had a bad experience at Cookie, and was very happy that everyone who came today enjoyed the meal as much as I always have. The waitress did a particularly great job. She did a brilliant job- thanks again.

My Bloody Mary was too spicy (i only asked for 5/10 spice too), but they happily took it back and didn't charge us for it. The food was amazing: pork belly and green curry dumplings. Vibrant atmosphere and great service. Highly recommended. Will go again.

Great service and assistance with food and drink selections. Food was nice, but not as flavoursome as previous visits, in particular my old favourite pork belly

Good was great but service left a lot to be desired. Our questions about the menu weren't able to be answered, and despite the restaurant being at the start of service (and nowhere near capacity) it was difficult to get the attention of staff to even order drinks. With a plethora of restaurants which can prepare food of a similar quality to that of Cookie, I think perhaps we might try somewhere else next time simply to have a greater overall dining experience.

Worth the wait for a table! The food was absolutely amazing and the place was pumping still close the midnight. Well priced too as the food was great

Food was divine, wine was divine. Service was pretty good but could be improved slightly. It didn't impact that much on the overall experience though.

Great food and service, but they are pretty stricked on the 2hr time limit. We literally got the bill at 830, even when we didn't get seated until 645.

The food, service and ambiance at Cookie never fail to live up to standards. Stopped by for a late lunch and drinks, all the food was absolutely delicious and the wait staff extremely helpful and attentive.

Amazing menu with a delicious array of Asian-fusion dishes. Loved the atmosphere of the restaurant and the friendly service. Would highly recommend to anyone looking for a high quality and interesting meal in a buzzing, cosmopolitan restaurant.

Fantastic food ruined by a truly shocking service. It took 50 mintutes for a drinks order. Waitress was initially very rude. Drinks took forever to come. 2nd round of drinks were forgotten about. I could go on but will leave it here.

been here before twice but it has become a real favourite. Excellent choice of beers and wide range of wines. The food is gorgeous, beautiful tastes and just the right amount of heat from the chilli (we ordered it medium which for us was pretty good, enough to heat your senses but not so much that it overpowered the flavours). The stuffed calamari was excellent as was the betel leaf cocktail. The suggestions from the waitress were spot on about the amount to order and particular dishes to try. The service was excellent as well. Lively atmosphere so it's not quiet but very very enjoyable. Well worth a visit and a repeat visit.

Our first visit to Cookie will not be our last. What a great place to dine both for the amazing food and cool atmosphere. Wait staff were helpful, friendly and efficient. Food was generous and delicious. Loved it!

Food is good and tasty, authentic as compared to Thais in Thailand. Do check with the servant on beer availability as some selections sold out fast. Overall, highly recommended.

The greeting staff were horribly rude, from then the waiter on our table was lovely. The food was good but I think some items on the menu could be better. The price range is a bit steep for quality compared to competitors in the same range. I did enjoy the experience, but I didn't LOVE the experience for how much we paid. We spent $280 for 4 people, with a glass of wine/cocktail each.

Great atmosphere. Lovely staff. However a lot of the dishes were quite spicy. A great place for a birthday dinner and drinks with the girls.

Excellent food & service in a very unpretentious yet charming place. Great selection of beer and wine and the least stingiest cocktails in Melbourne. Definitely going back.

As always the menu and beer and wine list are superb - literally something for everyone. The service was attentive, our water glasses were regularly refilled without prompting, the food came promptly and was well cooked, and our bill came quickly once asked for at the end of the meal. The atmosphere was relaxed yet buzzy for a Sunday night. The only disappointment was that one of our party had to wait well over half an hour for a mocktail, and therefore was drinking it post the meal. Without this, I would have rated the experience more highly.
