Great tasty food served with friendly service with good timing

Great food. Quick and friendly service. Always an overall lovely dinner. Bit loud in the restaurant, but still a good vibe.

Visited Cosy & Tasty many times in previous restaurant but this was my first visit to the new Restaurant. Had a wonderful dinner last night and hope to visit a lot more.

It is so loud there, you can not even hear the person in front of you. This is the second time at the new upgraded cosy tasty and the service remains poor with request made for chopsticks and no service returned. No observant staff and such an unpleasant environment. Food was lovely though so maybe take ear muffs.

Fast service, good atmosphere and Tasty meals with a cosy feeling

Food was tasty and the service efficient. Downside is that it is a large noisy space and the tables are very close. However we would happily return as the food was good.

Good food, had to ask for service after waiting for 10 minutes or more.

Great dumplings, it doesn't matter what night you are in, it's busy. Best to book to guarantee a table

Honey chicken was gross not the type of normal fried honey chicken you would expect at most chinese places. Small slither of chicken fried, looked like half the width of a chicken schnitzel, super thin. Sliced into peices and serves with honey on the side. Was bland and didn't taste nice. The steamed rice was cold and dry, seemed very old.

Food was great. Service was great. Will come again soon

This is my go-to for dumplings in Frankston. Make sure you book if you are going in after 6pm.

Had a booth booked for Father’s Day. Even though they were busy the food came out quickly. Delicious as usual.

Food came quickly and it was delicious. Great atmosphere and decor, with comfortable booth seating.

Food is great. Always happy to dine there. Staff are friendly but it's popular place, so they work very hard and are very busy. Unfortunately it is a noisy space and in cold weather, can be cold with the front door being located in part of the restaurant where you can always feel it open and close. Shame, as the restaurant is a nice visual space and this will be its biggest let down.

We had a 545pm booking so was not to noisy but was getting louder when we left around 645

Food is perfect and restaurant has a lovely appearance, however, the restaurant is too loud and overstimulating. please add some acoustic elements to the room e.g. sound absorbing tiles/panels, carpet, ect.

Great food, service a bit slow but it’s worth the wait

Friendly staff on arrival, they were kind enough to move us to a less cold breezy spot. Service and food delivery were pretty good considering how busy the place was. The food, what can l say it was to die for, that’s pretty dramatic but it was so delicious. Not a huge green tea drinker but my sister convinced me to try it and it was lovely and refreshing. Would highly recommend anyone to eat there as the whole experience was enjoyable.

It was difficult ordering as there was a communication problem. Perhaps new waiting staff? Dumplings were good.

Food was tasty. Service not so great brought out the wrong dumplings to start then took forever to get the replacement. Waiters had por grasp of English

Food is fresh and tasty, the dumplings are sensational. Just one critique, your wait staff are lovely and friendly, but a bit haphazard in serving the food. Eg, we only ordered dumplings and one stir fry with rice between 3 of us. Dumplings great, nice and hot, the stir fry came out next but rice did not come with it. We had to ask for that. I would suggest the rice and the stir fry come together maybe. Minor issue, and easily rectified. Thank you for a lovely meal. 😀

Prawns toast overcooked, pork dumplings and dimsims tasted strange and not nice. Quality and taste has dropped dramatically since last visits. Won't be going back 🤢 People at next table found plastic in their soup...
