Criniti's - Chermside

The staff were friendly but took a long time to take drink orders. We had to seek them out. Otherwise we enjoyed our evening

The carbonara was very salty, meat was undercooked in lasagna, the staff were quite obnoxious- Asking us if they can remove our entrees as the mains were ready (the entrees were not finished...) Very over priced for very basic meals.

Food delicious. Service prompt & efficient even though restaurant was busy. Waitress attentive and helpful.

We were seated at 12.45 as per our booking, ordered about 1pm... MAINS weren't even on the table by 2.30pm, we ended up asking for it all to be just put in containers as take away.. I took mine home which was a 29$ salad - was horrid, went straight in the bin. What a shame as I had heard such good things about this food chain from my friends in Sydney. I wouldn't recommend.

The staff were great. Really friendly and great service. The food was amazing too. Prices weren't over the top. Also, there's a Ferrari in the main area.

It was our first time at Criniti's Chermside and Kara and Moni were an absolute delight! They were so accommodating and friendly who went above and beyond to make us feel comfortable and have and enjoyable dining experience. The food was so very delicious and all round wonderful experience! We will be coming back for sure!!

Busy Saturday night, not many diners... should have seen it as a sign and dined upstairs at the cheap and cheerful options near the cinema instead. Having to find waiter to catch their eye to order, having a glass of champagne spilled on us, and being left to our own devices to clean it up. Having to counsel the young waitstaff about his embarrassment, while he states "oh this happens every time.' (spilling drinks on customers!) Miniscule salad sizes for the price, $10.80 bottle of water, no glasses of wine under $10. Miked up and ipadded ordering staff with all the tech then interrupting to ask what we were waiting on multiple times. Wait time over 30 minutes for a garlic prawns and two salads. Two cremated pieces of bacon as a side to the salad were more than $7!! After delivery of meals multiple interruptions by multiple staff to see if everything was "ok" Interesting choice of adjective - for the price and all the set dressing it would have been better if the food and experience was better than "OK". Never going back. Not happy Jan
