We had a lovely dinner, food was superb, so much to eat. Staff were very attentive and friendly, will certainly go back again. First time we have been to Criniti’s at Chermside, had been to Parramatta and Darling Harbour.. Always very nice.. Thank you

Food was amazing, menu was so so big that it made it really hard to choose something. Food took quite a while to come out, think we waited about 30mins for entrees on a night that wasn’t very busy. Overall, it was a good experience

Staff were wonderful! But the food was very bland and overpriced. One diner at our table had the lemon chicken and it was a tiny palm sized piece, super thin and then the rest of her plate was chips for $30! We were a table of 4 and only one of us enjoyed our meal. Really disappointing as the one I went to in Sydney was lovely.

Service was terrible. Staff just didn’t want to be out on the floor. Had to repeatedly ask for drinks, kids food arrived late, requested birthday package which never arrived. Really disappointed as it was our sons 8th birthday.

Food was awful and service was bad. Venue was ok.

Service was very slow. It took over 1 hour and 15 minutes for us to receive our meal and the place was not at all busy - not even a third full. Also quite expensive- we wondered why the place was quiet, unfortunately now we know why.

The waitress we had was useless we asked for a bottle of wine that eventually came! She told us when to stop pouring!!! There is a line on the glass! Then plonked the wine beside us and didn’t put that in an ice bucket which was provided! We then had another waitress she was lovely and took our order then we told they had run out of stuff ( would of been easier to say what wasn’t on the menu) our meals came out and this particular waitress kept saying veil my friend order veal!!! Was a bit over the shop and there was hardly anyone in the restaurant!

The food was amazing and the menu choices were exceptional

We were quite disappointed this time. The service was very average and the Schnitzel is nothing like what I thought it should be $30 and a sliver of chicken, tomato sauce and a slice of egg plant. Really poor value for money. The ribs were only just warm on the outside and cool in the middle, obviously reheated, but not very well. Very dissatisfied this time.

Efficient service, great food prices and portions. Extensive menu. Yummy food.

4th time there. Has got worse each time. No Italian beer no Italian knowkedge. Staff were all of very little experience since we were last there. Good luck getting service within 20 mins of arriving, 20 minutes after for a drink and 40 to an hour for meals after that. And no where near a full restaurant. Gave benefit of the doubt first 3 times as we're locals, then I got a veal snitztnel with half chicken. Never again unless I'm in Sydney at Crinti's there. They know Italian.

Party of 9!did not have to wait too long for meals. Also got to watch the All Blacks beat the Wallabies while we waited!

Very good food would definitely go back again had a very nice time

It was ok. We waited for an hour for main meal after finishing our Entree. The schnitzel was dry and over cooked. They were kind enough to take it off the bill. The ribs were nice. The steak was good. I’ll give Criniti’s another try.

Great place. Just felt the wait time between order and service a little too long. Especially with kids.

The Manager and one of the lovely waitresses were immediately attentive as we enjoyed both pre-drinks and then the excellent food. The waitress especially responded at the pre-drinks with an extra large glass for my partner!

Good food, terrible wait times for food and ordinary service. Won’t be back in a hurry unfortunately. - my dad ordered a campari with lots of muddled lemon and a dash of soda (this is exactly what he says when he orders it)... he got Campari and soda filled to the top no lemon then when asked to fix it and describing it again he got Campari with half a glass of soda and 1 piece of lemon - waited over 45mins for meals only then for 1 meal to come out 10min before the rest - kids ordered 1 vanilla ice cream and 1 Oreo sundae after their dinner... 40 odd minutes later they got 1 strawberry ice cream and 1 vanilla ice cream with Oreos on top (nothing like the picture on your website) - my husband ordered the cheesy love steak which again was totally different to what was described in the menu and didn’t come with the sweet potato chips only normal chips - staff seemed disinterested in giving any kind of service and had to be called to the table most times as we were sick of waiting for them. - arrived at 6:15pm, 49% off drinks 5-7pm was not mentioned and I don’t even think it was applied to our drinks With it not being overly busy we would hate to see what the service is like on a busy night.

Food was great and service was good but slow initially

We first got there and no one met us to show us to our seat and then we saw a sign saying please take a seat so we did I have a 2 year old so we went over and sat at a booth and then a waitress came up and said hi have you booked and o was like yes we have no one was there and we Sawalha sign take a seat so we did and she rolled her eyes and said well these booths are all booked you are actually to be seated over here. This table was so small and there was no room. The waitress was so rude the whole night our meals came out and were very under seasoned. My meal had no flavour to it at all I was so disappointed.

great service and atmosphere with amazing an value for money

Kara and Zac were great but were in a hurry to seat us at our table. We were spending $60 on a bottle of wine, so a quiet pre dinner drink prior to be seated was what we wanted. My partners lasagne was lovely but my Boscaiola was dry and the pasta was tough. Portion size was good. If we didn't feel like that we were being rushed we would have bought another bottle of wine. Its a shame as the restaurant wasn't busy and the attention to detail in regards to customer service and wanting to enjoy a great dining experience just really seemed lacking, considering the prices for a reputable restaurant in a shopping centre.

Food average. Over priced. Noisy. Service fair. Would not visit again.

An amazing atmosphere with lovely staff, great food and coffee.

Very disappointing. 2 members of our group their main meals were late arriving to the table however their sides weren't forgotten. By the time the mains arrived the sides were cold. Not at all happy with the service.

Waited too long for meals (45mins).We were only 1 of 3 tables (it wasn't busy).I got kangaroo which came with no steak knife,only a bread and butter one and was missing seasonal veges.The reorder of drinks was forgotten.Really not impressed

Our waitress was absolutely amazing! She was fun, bubbly and ensured we were all okay throughout the evening!

Requested a bottle of the Cloudy Bay Sauvignon Blanc and Pinot Noir and the restaurant had neither in stock which was disappointing considering the wine list is not extensive. Requested children's meals to come out with the entree's but this did not happen. After waiting another 30 minutes had to ask a waiter where the kids meals were. When we did receive them they brought out 3 of the 4 and we had to wait another 5 minutes to receive the final kids meal. Upon paying for the meals the restaurant tried to charge us for the Cloudy Bay wines that we did not receive. Took almost 5 mins for the person behind the counter to remove these from the bill and replace it with the correct wine that we purchased. Website also showed a deal for 49% off drinks but it did not specify for how long the deal went for. Luckily we were able to order our drinks prior to the discount expiring. Restaurant Manager on the night seemed like the only person who knew what was going on.

Ribs were undercooked, Spinach & Ricotta Cannelloni had too much ricotta, crepe was cardboard like, but pizzas were delicious. Trying to get a waiters attention was difficult as they seemed understaffed. The venue is cavernous & I felt like just an eater not a valued customer.
