Had to ask 3 times for sparkling water. Good was good.

Food was ok, not the best and not the worst. Sticky date pudding was dry and half was left behind. Staff were very attentive. Dessert was extremely slow to arrive, and 1 pers arrived 10 mins after the rest.

Food was good but we were very rushed. After 45 minutes they told us they needed the table for another booking. Didn’t offer us dessert or another drink. I hadn’t finished my beer yet.

We celebrated my son's birthday and our table was reserved with little fuss, amazing food and excellent service.

Food was very tasty apart from the salt & pepper squid, but the main meals did not come out together. I was finished my meal by the time my daughter got hers. The floor around our table was very slippery and not safe at all. The staff were lovely.

We booked in advance to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we were asked to leave as soon as we had finished our mains due to them needing our table for another reservation. We had been at our table for 1 hour and 10 mins. This completely ruined our entire experience. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

I don’t want to bag the restaurant out but it was overly crowded like walking in the aisle in is so narrow that you had to stop and move behind chairs to let the other people pass. Our table had some rowdy kids sitting beside us, my lasagne was unappealing the cheese had slid right off the top and sitting beside it on the plate and the huge ugly meatball looked terrible to me. Then I went to pay the bill and was handed the wrong bill I actually had heart palpitations until I asked if he had the right table and after I repeated what table again he produced the right bill. For me personally I wouldn’t return.As for the others on our table I am not sure.

Lovely pizzas, pasta & the cocktails looked amazing, we will be back.

It was Father’s day so expected to be busy. The staff helped us move when it started raining as we were outside and getting wet. Will definitely return.

Food was good but service was shocking. We had to flag someone down to take our order and then we sat with all our enpty and half eaten dishes on the table, until we had to eventually flag someone down again to ask for take away boxes and to pay. We were only offered drinks at the start and no one ever came to check on us. Poor service, especially when it wasn't exceptionally busy.

Was not a good experience. Decided to leave and went to good company next door instead

Was very wet and windy as we were placed outside and no blinds etc. Food was yum but they had no caramel ice cream. Mozzarella stick to start was delicious!

Food was great and came out quickly. the staff incredibly friendly and professional

The menu is amazing and the food arrived promptly and steaming hot. Food was excellent but quite pricy. Only negative is that it was a cold night and the restaurant was cold.

We were so impressed with the lovely waitstaff. Meal was delicious. One friend said that if she was to think of a small negative, it was that her cappuccino didn't have much froff

It was our daughter 16 birthday so it was nice the service was good overall good.

The food was delicious, and with so many options available, everyone managed to get something they liked. Kids meals were well sized and brought out quickly and service was great. Only downside was being placed right next to the kitchen and near an open external door making it a busy spot, that was also quite cold. That aside It was fantastic 👌 will definitely be returning

Our table was too close to bar and in walk way where waitresses kept walking behind me and one spilt water all over my back. I never want to sit at that table again! Also way too noisy with someone beating drums!

As always, the food and drinks were amazing! What lets you down are the servers and this isn’t the first time. Trying to get their attention to order is near impossible and a few times when trying to ask to order we felt like we were ignored by multiple servers. We would have definitely had at least one more drink and dessert if this hadn’t been the case but just gave up and decided to go elsewhere. They were friendly enough when they did serve us but getting to that point wasn’t great.

Getting asked every 5 minutes if you are ready to order mains was very annoying! Couldn’t even eat my food in peace

Delicious woodfired pizza, yummy pasta and great selection of cocktails.

On being shown to our table, we were immediately met with a large roach, crawling on the side of the table. The staff removed it, only to have another one crawl up a few minutes later. It was said that the table had been brought in from outside (which doesn’t exactly set us at ease…. Granted it was raining, so I can understand that bugs will come out of the woodwork…. Ok for a warehouse, not so much for a restaurant).

Lovely spot with lots of choices, but service was slow and plates left on table for ages; had to ask for a dessert menu and takeaway container. Main courses were good, served on beautiful plates. Would not recommend pistachio pannacotta, which was heavy and had a strange flavour.

We loved the food and service. Everything was perfect. Can’t wait to go back.

Greeted disrespectfully when we arrived and mentioned our booking, we were rushed throughout the dinner - as soon as we would put the cutlery down, hostesses would ask if we wanted to takeaway our dishes - had not even been an hour into the reservation. Staff at booking/ payment table were rude and not customer friendly. Food was ok, won't be returning.

Usually a nice place, but found a worm in the risotto today. Spoilt out entire evening.

Thnx so much. We enjoyed the food and hospitality and got to take the food home that we could not finish. Will certainly visit again.

Excellent food & amazing service. Won’t miss an opportunity to go back again.

After visiting Crinitis several times recently and having a very good experience, I was disappointed with dinner last night with a party of 9 for a family birthday. The table was very cramped when another large party were seated right next to us, hence the noise in the general area was very loud. Some considered placement of tables would have helped. The food was a mixture of good to very good - mozzarella sticks, kids pizzas, octopus salad gf - all very good. Very poor were mains of veal halloumi parmi like cardboard, also served with a huge portion of red capsicum which permeated the flavour of the dish. My guest can’t tolerate capsicum and this ingredient was not mentioned in the description of the dish. Also, sage truffle tortellini like hard parcels of pasta, no flavour of truffle. Other guest dishes were okay but didn’t quite meet expectations. Service was difficult because staff struggled to get to each guest because of crowded locations and misinterpreted orders because of noise. Customers often don’t like to complain or make a scene, especially at an occasion of a family celebration of a birthday as it spoils a convivial atmosphere. I am writing this review as a Criniti Family member in order to give considered critique of our experience in the hope that an improved experience maybe expected next time.

Great place, good vibes Had to return the ravioli as they were under cooked Waitress was very understanding when we mentioned it.

My lasagne was cold in the middle, told the staff they took it back heated it in the microwave and returned it still not got in the middle. Waited over 40 minutes for premade tirimasu and pistachio waffles - waffles which came from a supermarket packet they didn't even make them in house. We had to ask 3 different staff members where our dedert was over the course of 30 minutes Foe the price we paid for the dinner this just wasn't acceptable and even more so on mothers day. The excuse we were given for the poor service was that they were busy and that there's alot of foot traffic in the kitchen.

We are regulars at Crinitis Karinyup and love it! The staff are great. In fact the managers (there are usually two of them) are exceptional at making you feel welcome and look after you professionally and feel personal.

Arrived early and staff greeted us promptly and sat us. Very attentive staff who were well mannered and helpful. Very rare in hospitality these days
