For a chain, good food, okay price, service was okay. Pizzas were a bit soggy

Family dinner. Thoroughly enjoyed the meal and service. Our best experience here to date

After confirming the booking via phone call I advised the person on the phone that it was my wife's birthday and she absolutely loves the food at this place. To which the guy responded saying he will get the staff sing happy birthday in Italian with bongo drums and bring her out a small piece of dessert which none of that happend. Upon arrival we had 1 drinks menu to share between 8 of us so we asked for a other one to which the staff said not a problem and never came back. I asked for a straw for my 2 year old so she could drink water to which the staff also said not a problem which we never got I had to go up and get myself. After ordering all the food and drinks no more than 10 minuets later all the food started coming out to which no one had received any drinks. Was later advised that the 1Ltr of beer we ordered could not be ordered as there were no 1ltr glasses left. My wife's $23 lychee Martini did not have any lychees in it. Upon paying the bill the lady at the front didnt even make eye contact, ask how the night and didnt seem to even care that I was there to pay. Overall it was a very dissapointing experience to which we had not received here befor.

Food was Good but expensive. Many choices to choose from. Wanted to order babycino but it cost $5 so I couldn't do it. I could have gone to the shop to buy 2 carton of milk for that price. Crazy.

The food that we ordered came out either undercooked, or overcooked. Not one item we had was cooked properly. E.g Pasta undercooked and Chicken was overcooked and extremely dry and tough.

we had a booking so no wait time. service was quite fast even though the restaurant was packed. Enjoyed it will come again.

The food arrived warm but we were sitting in a cold spot and it got chilled very quickly so I ate mine quickly. There was a draft where I was sitting and we were cold. We chose the spot! The food wasn't cheap compared to where we normally frequent and it lacked Italian authenticity. The food didn't match the prices charged but that may be because of the high rents charged at Karrinyup? All up, it was ok. It seemed like mass produced food, which is not what we are used to. I wouldn't go there again out of choice but it was an experience, a very different world from what we're used to. I wished I had gone with the Japanese option instead of choosing the best restaurants card. The food was acceptable and was tasty enough.

The food and service was great, as wrll ad the location. We had a nice outside table in the warm summer evening. Will definitely return.

Loved our main meals Nutella lasagna was too dry Wait staff were quite busy was a bit hard to grab their attention. Had long wait for a few things.

We had dinner with family and two young children. The service was amazing. Friendly waitress and most helpful. The food for the children arrived first and very quickly. Would highly recommend the restaurant.

Food was ok, not the best and not the worst. Sticky date pudding was dry and half was left behind. Staff were very attentive. Dessert was extremely slow to arrive, and 1 pers arrived 10 mins after the rest.

Food was good but we were very rushed. After 45 minutes they told us they needed the table for another booking. Didn’t offer us dessert or another drink. I hadn’t finished my beer yet.

Food was very tasty apart from the salt & pepper squid, but the main meals did not come out together. I was finished my meal by the time my daughter got hers. The floor around our table was very slippery and not safe at all. The staff were lovely.

We booked in advance to celebrate our wedding anniversary. Unfortunately we were asked to leave as soon as we had finished our mains due to them needing our table for another reservation. We had been at our table for 1 hour and 10 mins. This completely ruined our entire experience. Unfortunately we won’t be returning.

I don’t want to bag the restaurant out but it was overly crowded like walking in the aisle in is so narrow that you had to stop and move behind chairs to let the other people pass. Our table had some rowdy kids sitting beside us, my lasagne was unappealing the cheese had slid right off the top and sitting beside it on the plate and the huge ugly meatball looked terrible to me. Then I went to pay the bill and was handed the wrong bill I actually had heart palpitations until I asked if he had the right table and after I repeated what table again he produced the right bill. For me personally I wouldn’t return.As for the others on our table I am not sure.

Lovely pizzas, pasta & the cocktails looked amazing, we will be back.

It was Father’s day so expected to be busy. The staff helped us move when it started raining as we were outside and getting wet. Will definitely return.

Food was good but service was shocking. We had to flag someone down to take our order and then we sat with all our enpty and half eaten dishes on the table, until we had to eventually flag someone down again to ask for take away boxes and to pay. We were only offered drinks at the start and no one ever came to check on us. Poor service, especially when it wasn't exceptionally busy.

Was not a good experience. Decided to leave and went to good company next door instead

Was very wet and windy as we were placed outside and no blinds etc. Food was yum but they had no caramel ice cream. Mozzarella stick to start was delicious!

The menu is amazing and the food arrived promptly and steaming hot. Food was excellent but quite pricy. Only negative is that it was a cold night and the restaurant was cold.

We were so impressed with the lovely waitstaff. Meal was delicious. One friend said that if she was to think of a small negative, it was that her cappuccino didn't have much froff

It was our daughter 16 birthday so it was nice the service was good overall good.

The food was delicious, and with so many options available, everyone managed to get something they liked. Kids meals were well sized and brought out quickly and service was great. Only downside was being placed right next to the kitchen and near an open external door making it a busy spot, that was also quite cold. That aside It was fantastic 👌 will definitely be returning

Our table was too close to bar and in walk way where waitresses kept walking behind me and one spilt water all over my back. I never want to sit at that table again! Also way too noisy with someone beating drums!

As always, the food and drinks were amazing! What lets you down are the servers and this isn’t the first time. Trying to get their attention to order is near impossible and a few times when trying to ask to order we felt like we were ignored by multiple servers. We would have definitely had at least one more drink and dessert if this hadn’t been the case but just gave up and decided to go elsewhere. They were friendly enough when they did serve us but getting to that point wasn’t great.

Very enjoyable Birthday dinner, food was delicious thank you and the staff very helpful and friendly we cannot wait to come back
