The food was delicious and the service was prompt and courteous. Great night out.

- brought out the entrees and mains together even though we specifically asked them not to - tried 2 more times to serve us the mains whilst still eating our entrees - tried to take my daughters plate when she was only half way through her pizza whilst eating a slice of pizza - tried again to serve out mains whilst still eating the entree, going so far as trying to put the main on top of the entree as there was no where else to put it - when finally ready for our mains they reached across other people and across the table and handed us our meals - completely forgot the chili in my wife’s meal which was as a result rather bland - very much in a rush to serve us and get us out the door - raised these issues with the manager, acknowledged we weren’t the first have these issues, not overly worried and no form of action to make up for it Seriously clueless and not concerned with return customers. Never again

Food was awesome and service was great. Asked for a lactose free version of a dish and they delivered perfectly. The food was delicious. My friends attending said their food was delicious and would recommend what they had. This included vegetarian dishes.

Nice atmosphere, great pizza. It just took 45 min for the pizza to reach our table and then 15min later the waitress came with the bill as they were closing the kitchen. But friendly staff anyways.

My waiter didn’t take the right order and I obviously had no idea as photos of dish are not mentioned in menu. After telling the lady on the counter about this situation, she said ok nevertheless it’s same price ( I had ordered halloumi bruschetta got the stack instead) But, bruschetta was 17 and stack was 24. The other person - maybe said that it was much healthier option. But the point is I didn’t want to eat the stack, I had ordered halloumi bruschetta. Not happy with my experience!

The restaurant was lovely and food great. The only issue was our first round of cocktails that were not very nice, especially the mojito.

I been here lots of times. Was disappointed in pizza that i hv had 4 times the sausage had a weird taste friends had similar pizza with that sausage and they said same. Was told it was ok .. but it actually wasnt i know as i said i have had it before. He gave me a new one and couldnt eat it cos we were leaving… he gave 50% off pizza But i went pay 1 tiny bottle Chinotto &8?? I got 2 i didnt have any idea of price just asked if they had it .. ive never paid that ever in even top italian restaunts? I can get a beer or wine or a proper cold pressed juice!? Seriously that’s ridiculous an absolute rip off. Change yr price point it wasnt one of the best time’s coming here. Ive asked friends who own uptown italian restraunts and tbey said that was a joke! $8 guys come on.

6 of us went. We had a great evening. The price-performance ratio is great in a restaurant. The pizzas and ribs are amazing. The wine options and prices are reasonable. The staff is attentive and smiling. What more could you want?

Unfortunately because it was a Fathers day booking it seemed like too many tables were crammed in - we were placed outside and couldnt get out of our seats without disturbing the other tables - we left asap after eating

Busy Thursday night. staff were attentive, service was quick. Food was good. Service was great. No toilets in restaurant was an inconvenience. Visited to celebrate 70th bday and food came whilst using the 3rd story toilets at the cinema. Lunch was cold by time returned.

The food was good, but the service was average, we ordered a bottle of wine and had received our meal and we’re still waiting for the wine to come. We had to ask for it. It was a Tuesday night, so not that busy at the time we were there.

Booked a table for 7pm had to wait till 720pm to be sat at our table waited another 20 mins to be served waited 25 mins for the starter and another 20 mins for main meal after finishing the starter Asked several staff for a side plate another drink and napkins Over all the service was not what I would of expected from this restaurant but the food was very good Over all 6 out of 10 With better service it would of been a 9

Pizza was amazing. Pasta dishes weren’t .. 1 was too chilli hot to enjoy, the other was cold in certain spots, the other was too creamy & salty..

Small portions for $$$$. Loaded chips at $22 was disgusting. A handful of chips, with a sprinkle of topping definitely not loaded and very dry.

Overall the food was good however we ordered pizza and had to wait almost 45mins when other customers ordered after and received theirs first. So not too great on the customer service aspect.

The staff were very accommodating seeing that it was very windy and cold. They seated us inside in a comfortable spot.

Food was good and came quickly. However the service was extremely poor. Coming from an ex restaurant manager pov, NONE of the waiters appeared to be walking around with their eyes open. It took absolutely ages to attract one's attention despite their being so many of them walking around. At one point I had to go get a waiter to order. It was absolutely ridiculous.

Restaurant was very busy but service was still fairly prompt. Menu was huge, meals were tasty and very large. One mistake in ordering was fixed with an offer of free Arancini (3 huge ones), which was gratefully accepted. Good atmosphere, very pleasant evening. Staff were friendly.

Well as the restaurant was pretty empty, I asked if we could be seated inside, they said no. This was ny daughters birthday dinner, her meal didn't arrive until a waitress came to check all was OK with the food. Then realised that the birthday girl was still waiting. No real friendliness either just a get in, get out vibe.
