Great place, good vibes Had to return the ravioli as they were under cooked Waitress was very understanding when we mentioned it.

My lasagne was cold in the middle, told the staff they took it back heated it in the microwave and returned it still not got in the middle. Waited over 40 minutes for premade tirimasu and pistachio waffles - waffles which came from a supermarket packet they didn't even make them in house. We had to ask 3 different staff members where our dedert was over the course of 30 minutes Foe the price we paid for the dinner this just wasn't acceptable and even more so on mothers day. The excuse we were given for the poor service was that they were busy and that there's alot of foot traffic in the kitchen.

We are regulars at Crinitis Karinyup and love it! The staff are great. In fact the managers (there are usually two of them) are exceptional at making you feel welcome and look after you professionally and feel personal.

Arrived early and staff greeted us promptly and sat us. Very attentive staff who were well mannered and helpful. Very rare in hospitality these days

Sadly, our experience was very disappointing from the moment we arrived. We were pointed - not walked - to our table and our meals came out at different times. Despite sitting near the till, where 7-8 staff members were staff all night, we had to wait over 30 minutes for our dessert order to be taken and around another 45 mins for it be be delivered. One of the desserts weals cold and not as described on the menu. Service was incredibly slow. Staff refused to split the bill, and although this wasn’t a problem, just reinforces the lack of consideration of customer service, given that it was very quiet when we were paying and wouldn’t have been a huge inconvenience. We forgot to ask for our 7% discount to be added and when we mentioned it were told it couldn’t be applied as we’d already paid. There was no effort whatsoever to offer any kind of customer service, let alone good customer service. Spoke to the manager, not to complain as such, but rather give feedback on our experience, and she couldn’t have been less interested or combative if she tried. She was an absolute disgrace. To make matters worse, 2 of the 3 diners (haven’t spoken to the third diner yet), we’re up in the night with diarrhoea. Needless to say, we won’t be back.

We asked to be seated inside as it was a cold evening, which was done and appreciated. Sitting by the back door was uncomfortable as the staff had to go out to the terrace frequently, making it incredibly cold with the wind blowing through every time they went out. This did not make the experience enjoyable. Staff were busy and didn't have time to consider nearby guests. We also needed to ask several times if we could order food. As for my meal, I had chilli mussels with chorizo. The portion size, particularly for the price was really small. The mussels did not even come with a bowl for shells. I had never been to Criniti's and as an Italian I was looking forward to it. I was disappointed and actually left the restaurant hungry 😕

One of our favourite family restaurant but tonight was a disappointment. 3 of our main dishes were very SALTY!!! I ate mine coz I was so very hungry . Why was it too salty???

Pizza was delicious, fresh ingredients with perfect base. Service didn't match the food unfortunately.

Tables are too close together and had more than one rear end in my face or drag across our table. The table service was also lacking. We wanted to order another drink as well as a dessert but no one ever came by after our pizza was delivered. The QR code wouldn't allow us to order anything additional either.

Food was mediocre but service was great. The servers broke some plates and glasses at the next table and after they cleaned it up, they came back to check in with us.

- brought out the entrees and mains together even though we specifically asked them not to - tried 2 more times to serve us the mains whilst still eating our entrees - tried to take my daughters plate when she was only half way through her pizza whilst eating a slice of pizza - tried again to serve out mains whilst still eating the entree, going so far as trying to put the main on top of the entree as there was no where else to put it - when finally ready for our mains they reached across other people and across the table and handed us our meals - completely forgot the chili in my wife’s meal which was as a result rather bland - very much in a rush to serve us and get us out the door - raised these issues with the manager, acknowledged we weren’t the first have these issues, not overly worried and no form of action to make up for it Seriously clueless and not concerned with return customers. Never again

Food was awesome and service was great. Asked for a lactose free version of a dish and they delivered perfectly. The food was delicious. My friends attending said their food was delicious and would recommend what they had. This included vegetarian dishes.

Nice atmosphere, great pizza. It just took 45 min for the pizza to reach our table and then 15min later the waitress came with the bill as they were closing the kitchen. But friendly staff anyways.

My waiter didn’t take the right order and I obviously had no idea as photos of dish are not mentioned in menu. After telling the lady on the counter about this situation, she said ok nevertheless it’s same price ( I had ordered halloumi bruschetta got the stack instead) But, bruschetta was 17 and stack was 24. The other person - maybe said that it was much healthier option. But the point is I didn’t want to eat the stack, I had ordered halloumi bruschetta. Not happy with my experience!

Lovely pasta and pizza- generous portions. Plenty of options on the menu for all tastes. Great wine list, lovely attentive service. Highly recommend!
