The food was good to very good. They do not have the usual tapas plate "suspects" you expect from most tapas restaurants, e.g. chorizo, serrano ham, meat balls, marinated white anchovies. Had the croquettes (very good) and the scallops (good). Entree cured meat platter was quite good Main: Seared lamb backstrap was quite good. In total the food is good. The ambience was also nice - although the lighting was rather dim. I personally would like to see the colours/texture of the food. Price wise it is a bit high. Excluding drinks you will need to factor in around $75 for 2 persons.
Just love Croydon lane everytime we go we always have a great night food delicious and service friendly and fantastic hope to see you soon
Atmosphere and service was good, so too was the quality of the food. $28 for prawn saganaki with only 4 prawns in the dish was a bit over the top. Overall a pleasant night but wouldn't be rushing back
Great food great staff and great wine!!! Nice easy atmosphere making it easy to enjoy all the delicious goodies. Never fails to deliver a great night out.
Food was amazing. Service was good. Will definitely eat at this restaurant again in the future. They have some vegan options, which is nice :)
Food and cocktails were sensational not often you get both. While the venue is intimate it's a great ambiance and service gave you exactly the right amount of space.
The food was all delicious but over priced and not good value for money. For example the prawn sagnaki was $28 and was described as a share plate. The dish whilst delicious had 4 prawns, so 1 each with one that we cut into thirds. Service on the night was average.
Wonderful vibe, great food and amazing friendly staff - would definitely recommend and will definitely be going back. Busy little place with a transient feel to it - lots of locals must know it as a place for a great cocktail or wine before or after their main event of the evening but it's also a fabulous place for a shared meal with friends.
The service was great, very attentive staff. Great food, I would especially recommend the sliders and the shared platter. As it happened to be a margarita madness night, we had to try a few. Big favourite was the chilli margarita👍🏻🌶
Atmosphere is good. Decor and location great. Service is friendly.Heaters provided for outdoors .Although food and alcohol is overpriced and very small servings. Left hungry.
Really great service and a great local restaurant to go to with friends for a drink, cocktail and food. Love the wine list plenty to try.
Great little place for a first date or mid week dinner. Good menu and wine choices. Plenty of options for vegetarians too, and the service, friendly and attentive
Best atmosphere, service and food in the Shire hands down. I have been there many many times over the last few years and have always enjoyed the experience to the same high standard without fail. The food in particular is an absolute standout !!!!! A big thank you to Johnny and his team. So grateful you're in Cronulla guys.
Nice ambience. Tasty & well presented food. Definitely Not for hungry eaters. Pricey for what you get. Beer from $9. Bottles of wine from $45. Tapas from $8 each item Small share plates from about $15.
Food was fantastic as was the wine!! A great place for either a small bite to eat or a big meal. Despite being absolutely stuffed we couldn't go past the churros and I'm glad we didn't!
I will definitely be back - Great Espresso martini, and the wait staff were excellent and friendly - not to mention the food was delicious. Pork belly was 10/10
It's more a wine bar than a Spanish Tapas bar, so we didn't have the Sangrea that we were hoping for and thectapas menu was limited. But out if what we did have the food was excellent and the wine superb.
Great ambiance great food and wine list good service as well I would highly recomend Croydon lane to anyone looking for a good night out
Great food, drinks and atmosphere, all round great place to eat. Can be a little noisy at times. Fast efficient service. Try the wine tree.
Outstanding wine bar with delicious tapas/antipasti choices. Owner is super friendly and the bar staff all know their wines. Great spread of reds to get by the glass.
Husband and I went with friends for dinner. Food was delicious. Servings were really small so it worked out to be rather expensive for each couple. Would go again in a group if I only had to pay for me!
Croydon Lane is exactly what we need more of in the shire. Service was great, food was amazing and really good value for money. Would definitely eat here again!
Brilliant service and very relaxed and friendly. The food was glorious. The wine was probably a bit expensive, but that would be the only criticism.
Impeccable service, mouthwatering food and the perfect win to match! Could not have had a better night. Would definitely recommend to anyone! Perfect for a date or for large groups
Food was good but very small portions and overpriced. Wine was excellent and I think this is more a place to have drinks rather than dine.
Service was great, the cocktails even better. A little pricey, but nice for a couple of drinks and a light meal. Would not do dinner as meal sizes are very small.
Welcoming courteous staff , attentive service and excellent food will bring us back again! We used a Best Restaurant Gift Card which was happily received
Great food and riendly staff, but take your wallet. Food and drinks are overpriced. Small portions are expected however a smaller price would also be expected. Still worth checking out.
Croydon Lane in Cronulla is a great bar with delicious and interesting tapas food, located in a super cool venue. Staff attentive and very accommodating. We'll see you again soon! thanks
This was our 2nd time at Croydon Lane. Great food and top service. Friday night with many diners all enjoying themselves. Value for money. Will go back again.
Great atmosphere, great service and to top it off, GREAT FOOD! Couldn't fault one bit. We (group of 9) had the $45 tapas banquet and it is worth every penny!
Great atmosphere, great food and the amazing wine tower left us with a lovely hangover for us over the weekend 😄. Special mention to the owner too who looked after us with our food selection. Already planning on when we will go back!!
We waited 15min to be served another 20min for Drinks to arrive which were wrong, then waited 45min for our 1st tapas plate to arrive. We were starving. Staff were to busy socialising with other patrons. Service was very slow.
Great food and service. Awesome atmosphere hidden away from the world :) I would reccomend Croyden Lane as a go-to place for any occasion anytime.
One of the best cocktails, all the food was amazing and they were extremely accomodating! Really nice decor and the wine flight was a cool way to try a little bit of everything
Fantastic restaurant. Loved the decor, the food was excellent and the staff were very attentive. Would definitely recommend Croydon Lane Wine and Tapas Bar to everyone.
Fantastic food, great wine and great service. Definitely worth trying. I'll be going back a lot more times :-)
Awesome vibe, super cosy but busy as well. Can catch up, chat, eat and drink all night. Very impressive wine list but you'll pay the $$ for it. Definitely recommend!
A great night with amazing food, drinks & service! Set tapas menu was great for a larger group & buying drinks separately at the bar worked well.
Great little hidden place! Staff were pleasant and friendly, food was delicious as always and the atmosphere was lively. I would definatley recommend visiting this place.
