Great food as always, a little noisier than usual but it was a really busy night so they did well overall.

Food and service is excellent. The inside area is very noisy and the rear area could do with a little updating and the fridge compressor was quite noisy. The toilets leave a lot to be desired as old shack unisex. A woman going into a cubicle after a man not so pleasant. Couldn’t lock the door and no loo paper. A few minor things to fix 😀

The food was excellent. We waited well over an hour and a half for our meals.

The best eye fillet I have had in a long time with blue cheese sauce! Delicious.

Friendly staff, family restaurant atmosphere, a good local spot. Our booking was reasonably early (6:30pm) and we both ordered the entree special but they only had one serve left by then and that was a little disappointing. Over all the meals were very good and we will eat here again.

Great food, waitstaff were very pleasant and efficient. Was very noisy inside. Maybe would ask to sit outside next time.

I was with 3 others and really enjoyed the food and service but would offer advice about the service. Please don't take plates away from customers when someone else on the table is still eating. This is very annoying. Wait till ALL guests are finished eating before you clear away.

Food and service excellent. Staff friendly and price were ok.

Food was good but a loud group got out of control. The staff appologied and we relocated outside but sadly will think again before going back.

Very good meals and services, staff are really nice. The firehouses gills restaurant shown lots of fire truck collections. The beef steak is meadium done. Very good experience.

Great good and service. It was a very busy night and therefore the restaurant was a little bit noisy, but a busy restaurant is a sign of the quality in my opinion. Nice range of options for dinner. Would definitely go back.

The food at this Firedoor is always of excellent quality and there are a few healthy options, I was honestly surprised the first time I went. My surprise was because the decor and styling isn’t exactly .. well up to date. I know you should judge a book by it’s cover - and this restaurant proves that old saying true.

Fabulous again. But I don’t want to tell anyone because it will get too popular. Steak was terrific and the service was wonderful. Bravo. Bravo.

Our steak was cooked perfectly and the barramundi with macadamia nut crust was delicious. Always love the food here, the staff and the owners. A great neighbourhood gem!

Amazing restaurant, friendly staff, good for kids. I love their garlic bread, it's the best garlic bread I ate in Sydney. The main is good.

Great Service, Great Menu and amazing food, th e Mussels are crazy as are the steaks. Excellent value for money. Very flexible with the menu also. Highly recommend and have booked again for next week as I need more of those mussels in cream and chive sauce.. yummmmmo

Wonderful restaurant. Excellent food and well priced. Staff were attentive and food came out in good timing. The chef was excellent in catering for my sister who has special dietary requirements. This is now our new family restaurant.

Good food, served attractively; prompt service provided by friendly staff. Acoustics are problematic, which makes conversation very difficult at times. We intend to return in the near future.

Food and service were great. Went out with kids and grandparents. The seafood paella and steaks are excellent. Sunday is great as kids eat free.

A brilliant meal, just like every other time I come here. The Sirloin Rivere is one of the best steaks I've had. The food did take a while though, like most times.
