Food was ok once it arrived. Over 30 min wait for breakfast. The restaurant was only 1/2 full as well. When asked was told the crab omelette takes longer. When said omelette arrived it was over cooked.

Fitzroy food co. is the perfect place for breakfast, lunch and dinner. I have been there many times, and every time the staff are amazing.

Great relaxed evening with wonderful service. Dishes are large portions. I'd never been before, so was a little anxious about trying something new. We had a lovely evening and delicious food. We look forward to dining out here again soon.

Great food at reasonable prices. Service was friendly and the orders were filled quickly. It was a cool night but in watmer weather you could sit outside.

Food was good, especially the zucchini flowers! Service was good. We were a noisy group of friends who hadn't seen one another for a while, so I felt sorry for the group of 4 nearby.

Delicious breakfast and a lovely atmosphere. Attentive staff and service was also quick. We had a lovely breakfast for 6 of us with the food all arriving at the same time too.

Deep fried food poorly cooked,slow service, limited choice on menu. Sourdough toast burnt. Considering how excellent the restaurant was when it opened it is very disappointing to see standards deteriorate so much.

Delicious and good service! We had a big group and the staff were very friendly and attentive. Food and coffee was really great, everyone was happy!

I was a bit worried after reading some recent reviews that were scathing of this place but everything was fine. The food was very yum, the staff were polite and attentive, and the place was clean and quiet. It didn't blow my mind, but for the price it was definitely worthwhile.

Service was prompt and courteous. We had burgers and chips for lunch. They were ample and very tasty. The chips were particularly good. We booked online and were rewarded with a table adjacent to the outdoors, with a view of the magnificent old home opposite and the charming streetscape. Coffee was excellent. We each had a burger and coffee for $19. Thus eaterie has an al fresco feel to it, even if you're not at an outdoor table. There's a whole floor of extra dining space above. Highly recommended.

The service and ambiance was excellent at Fitzroy Food Co. We enjoyed share plates to start which were really great and the seafood pasta was delicious! Would definitely return to Fitzroy Food Co.

We spent a couple of lovely hours at Fitzroy Food Company with dear friends. The food was amazing....all four of us thought that. Service was good and we'll definitely be back there soon.

Food was ok though mainly fried options in the small plates, forgot one of our dishes but not a big deal, aircon is freezing but it's a cute enough venue for a drink / date etc

There is a very good range of food choices. If you want a casual meal there are small plates, pizzas etc or there are main meals also. Two of our party had main meals and although very tasty would have liked some vegetables with the meal. Maybe that should have been ordered as a side dish, but this was not suggested. The wait staff very pleasant although a little disorganised.

Booked a table well in advance for our group, specifying we needed space for 2 prams. When we arrived they only offered us an outside table (in 35 degree weather) or upstairs (impossible with two prams). The tables inside proceeded to be empty for the 3 hours we were there despite being told it was booked up. Our waiter was rude about the table issue, food was ok, nice location but plenty of other choices around the area to pick who would hopefully treat you nicer!

This place was highly recommended and it didn't disappoint. Great range of very tasty food, relaxed atmosphere and BYO makes for a perfect restaurant to come back to every week.

We went on Boxing Day and despite the restaurant being quite busy the service was attentive and quick. The food was also delicious! I'll definitely be returning

Food beautiful, service ok but unfriendly. Ordered the lamb shank ravioli special which was amazing. Also ordeeed ribs which were not glazed enough, but the chips and sauce was delicious!

We all enjoy the lunch, nice food and generous serving. Service is quite good and staff is friendly, we will definitely be going back again.

Excellent value and good service. The size of the tables outside and amount of shade is limited, so remember to slip slop slap in Summer - I KNOW!

Fitzroy consistently has great food and service. It is in a lovely location. The staff are very good. They were accommodating to us with a pram.

Our table for 10 was set well in advance of our arrival, high chairs on hand for the toddlers with enough room to not feel like a squeeze. The food was served quickly (sunday breakfast at 10am) and was good. Great spot if you want to stroll down after to the park near the harbour bridge.

Delicious food. Warm, friendly atmosphere & not to noisy. The feel of the place is just great & the staff very polite & friendly. Recommended.

I wasn't very happy with the staff name Rory, he is extremely unfriendly , he was incorrect charged my bills nearly double the price. When I told me him the bill was incorrect charged he wasn't fix straightaway instead he went to serving other customer and let me to stand in front of cashier for 10 minutes. I was quite upset about his unprofessional customer service. The food were quite average nothing special. I will never go back to this restaurant again.

Great tasting food, tapas style, as well as burgers and pizzas and now BYO to boot. Definitely a welcome addition to the Kirribilli dining scene.

Delicious food, great service! Would definitely come back! Wide range of food on the menu, was hard to choose because it all looked so good. We brought a baby and they made sure we were looked after and had enough room for the pram.

The restaurant is well fitted out with doors that fold out onto the street. The food was fine but there is a long lag between ordering and the food arriving. When we went, they had difficulty in synching the order so that some of the dishes came out hot and others came out cold. The staff were hard working but they need some training in customer service; they seem to avoid eye-contact and you can wait a while before your order is taken.

Great place to go for lunch, food was great and good variety but lunch was spoiled a little by unfriendly/uninterested staff. If you want to work in hospitality show some interest.

Food was absolutely delicious- beautiful hearty flavours and large portions. Such value for money! Service absolutely brilliant as well. Would highly recommend this great little cafe

I have eaten at Fitzroy many times, and the food is always very good. There is a big variety to choose from. I think my husband and I have tried about 60% of the menu by now.

The spanner crab gnocchi and rabbit pie are always winners. Service is a little inconsistent however, sometimes very attentive and other times almost impossible to get attention.

Loved this place! We went there with some friends (6 adults in all) on a Sat night for dinner. We'd only ever been there for coffee and/or B&E rolls in the morning before and wasn't sure what it'd be like, but I liked the sound of their varied menu (both in type of food on offer from pizzas to burgers, mezze platters to roasts) and the price range. It wasn't packed, but there was a really lovely atmosphere. The food was amazing (my husband and I shared the calamari as a starter and we both had the wild rabbit pie which was delicious), and so reasonable priced! Our mains were $26 each, which is way below what we're used to for this quality in Sydney. 100% recommended!

Great food and atmosphere. We love coming here and are rarely disappointed. It is also child friendly. We came as a large group and they were accommodating.

Generally good food. Service needs some work. Nice small plates, lots of options on the menu. Started closing at 9:00 on a Saturday night - too early!
