However, the most important thing is what lies beneath, and what lies beneath is a treasure trove of exceptional seafood, simply prepared, and simply delicious. Hauled in fresh every day from the Sydney fish market, the produce on offer at Fourth Fish Cafe & Restaurant is a hand-picked cross-section of the finest Australian seafood available, like char-grilled Tasmanian octopus, grilled barramundi or swordfish, spiced popcorn prawns or natural Pacific oysters. But you don’t have to be a seafood lover, because other options are just as outstanding, including the Portuguese chicken or wagyu beef burgers, Greek salad with Yarra Valley feta or beetroot salad with honey, walnuts and mint. Fourth Fish are fully licenced, too, and open for lunch and dinner, so there’s never a bad time to try it.
First time there and will definitely return. Our meals were delicious and the service was excellent. We sat outside on a cold night and with the heaters going we did not feel the cold.
