Food was lovely, would have preferred a few more meat options of the men on our table. Servings were very satisfying. We had limited time as we were seeing a show, so unfortunately had to rush our dinner. Will go back and make sure we have more time for dessert

We really enjoyed the quirkiness of the restaurant and the food, although once told the apple cake was not available that was what we wanted :) The only thing that worried one of the group was the wonkiness of her chair which she swapped. Will come again

I had recently read two recommendations for this restaurant so booked! The decor is QWERTY and cosy, the menu is varied and serving sizes are plentiful. Recommend the antipasto to start. Lots of vegetarian dishes too. Service was attentive and friendly. Good value and BYO too.

I found the food to be quite unbalanced. ordered the mushroom polenta and it was swimming with fat(butter) and became too hard to eat after a number of mouthfuls

We loved the food and the service was very friendly and helpful. Our seating, though, in the front section of the restaurant very squashed and it was difficult to get in and out of the table when others were seated so close behind us. Toilet area very dark and hard to see. Perhaps a sensor light would be a good idea so it responds when someone walks outside.
