Great food Great service. .Would recommend this restaurant to anyone wanting good Italian food experience. Easy to book online and you won't be disappointed with everything.

Nice Italian not just past, wine and service was good. Very pricey for what it is a casual restaurant. noisey due to the style of the building. Pasta not home made so always disappointing for an Italian restaurant

It was a fairly long wait for our food and Food was average. However it was good for kids as they provided drawing materials to help keep them entertained.

food is wonderful, service ok. but do not charge $5 for still water which is obviously tap water with lemon. simply be upfront about charging for water!

The meals were great. Couldn't get a seat inside so they put us outside when my wife wanted to sit inside. Couldn't believe they charge $5 for a bottle of tap water

The food here is always amazing. Service was ok. Had an issue with payment to do with a voucher which was disappointing. Overall enjoyable though.

We had the most wonderful experience tonight at Funtastico! The food was delightful but to be honest we all would go back purely to see Julie (waitress)! She was more than happy to chat to us and made our night so special just with her kind nature! Thanks Julie!!

Had s booking, when we were finally seated. We found our own menus. Waited and waited. Another table near us was being set, they were seated and served drinks. We were still waiting, will not return

Food was enjoyable but was disappointed that the cashier did not honour the Entertainment card properly. It was our first experience at this restaurant and I chose it from the Entertainment Book. Funtastico offered 25% off the total bill up to $45. My friend and I are both in our late seventies and go out regularly for dinner. The meal for 2 came to $77. The cashier gave a $7 discount when it should have been almost $20. We queried her but the cashier insisted $7 was correct. We may be old but we are not stupid. BAD MOVE. Not good for PR. Colleen

The booking through your website did not get through to the restaurant, Very embarrassing. They had been fully booked since 4pm. However the staff were very helpful and found us a table after a short wait and reorganising other guests. Not a good result for Qandoo. How did you get it so wrong?

Fantastic food and service. We thoroughly enjoyed our lunch. The staff are efficient and friendly. We will definitely be back. There are plenty of choices on the menu.

The food and service was excellent. Fantastico although expensive, if you are cashed up it’s a very nice Italian resauant to dine on any day.

I understand you were busy. but service very poor We were given no water. I had a wine and was rudely put down. food was good. My partner had marinara but no bread with it.

It didn’t look to be a extra busy night but food came out extremely slow. Saw lots of people ask how long their food would be but then leave as the wait for food was far too long. We were close to leaving ourselves. Our booking was for 6 as We had a show to go see. 7:30 our food finally arrived. With only 15 minutes to eat and run. In our ticket told we get a complimentary drink with a main meal. Asked the waiter what beers were included and he informed us ciders were also included. When it came to paying the bill we were charged for all drinks as ciders were not included. Wish their staff told us the right information. Won’t be returning

Was a very busy night for staff, but they handled it very well. Was a bit of a wait but was worth it. Food was lovely and tasty. Will be back.
