Ginza Japanese Wagyu BBQ Restaurant Burwood

have been going here for some time now, it's lovely atmosphere, food is good and very enjoyable.

One of the best Jap BBQ in Sydney! The food and meat quality at Ginza never fail to amaze me! Have been a regular here for this reason, highly recommend!

Bad management system overall. Waiters/waitresses tried to avoid eye contact in regards to taking the paper for orders and did not clear any anything off our tables whilst it would’ve been a convinced to. We didn’t get a drinks menu and had to ask for one. We waited 20minutes to get our beers whilst it was ready to be picked up (we could see form our table). What we ordered was never delivered. We booked in advance expecting to get a table right away but had to wait 20 minutes for our table anyways. Food is great as always , but service needs to be improved , and spicy sauce should once again be placed on the table , we also had to ask for all sauces to be refilled on the table. Miso soup was really sweet maybe the chef mistakes sugar for salt last night ? Thank you for the great food!

Service was slow when it was last order for deserts but other than that it was great overall.

Portion sizes were small. Quite expensive for what you get. Flavour of food was just average.

Ordered premium buffet. 90min buffet, drinks didn't come out till 40min into the buffet. First set of food came out after 1hr disgusting slow service, only 3 people were serving tables. I even complained to the lady at the counter, she apologized and miraculously my food came quicker .. we've been here before countless times 6month-1yr ago. They've definitely changed owners and reduced staff and reduce the serving sizes.. it's embarrassing. Will not be coming back

Food is great but take long to come out once you put your order through. Staff are Ok, not super friendly but Also not bad..

The website includes an a la carte menu, however, upon arrival I was advised that there was no a la carte available on a Saturday.

Took my family of 7 and we all loved it. We were satisfied with the food although there’s not much dessert choices. The only down side about the place was that we didnt get everything that we ordered. But even then, we’d still go back.
